Winter Democracy Academy (WDA) 2024 oli tila vuoropuhelulle, valmiuksien kehitt\u00e4miselle ja nuorten osallistumisen vahvistamiselle demokraattisiin prosesseihin. Lissabonin nuorisokeskuksessa Portugalissa 8.\u201314. joulukuuta j\u00e4rjestetyn toisen WDA-tapahtuman tarkoituksena oli kuroa umpeen nykyisi\u00e4 puutteita, lis\u00e4t\u00e4 ymm\u00e4rryst\u00e4 ja vahvistaa nuorten osallistumista vuoropuhelun ja yhteisty\u00f6n avulla. Se kokosi yhteen p\u00e4\u00e4tt\u00e4ji\u00e4, nuorisoty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6it\u00e4, asiantuntijoita ja nuoria osallistumaan keskusteluihin ja erilaisiin toimiin, joissa keskityttiin nuorten merkityksellisen osallistumisen rakentamiseen demokraattisiin prosesseihin.
