DYPALL-verkoston yhteisty\u00f6ss\u00e4 Euroopan neuvoston nuoriso-osaston kanssa j\u00e4rjest\u00e4m\u00e4 tutkimustilaisuus \u201dYouth Democracy Academy for young policy-makers\u201d j\u00e4rjestettiin 27. lokakuuta \u2013 1. marraskuuta Euroopan nuorisokeskuksessa Strasbourgissa (EYCS), Ranskassa. Se kokosi yhteen 20 nuorta 16:sta Euroopan neuvoston j\u00e4senvaltiosta, mukaan lukien paikallisten nuorisoneuvostojen ja poliittisten puolueiden j\u00e4seni\u00e4, nuorisojohtajia, kunnallisia ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6it\u00e4 ja vaaleilla valittuja edustajia.
