Digitaalisia v\u00e4lineit\u00e4 voidaan k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 tukemaan jo olemassa olevia nuorten osallistumisrakenteita ja -prosesseja tai kannustamaan s\u00e4hk\u00f6iseen osallistumiseen verkkoymp\u00e4rist\u00f6iss\u00e4 tai n\u00e4iden yhdistelm\u00e4\u00e4n, jotka voivat olla toisiaan t\u00e4ydent\u00e4vi\u00e4. Konferenssi oli tila, jossa osa tutkimukseen ker\u00e4tyist\u00e4 v\u00e4lineist\u00e4 esiteltiin kuntien edustajille.
