Tegevus toimus 24.\u201329. aprillil 2022 Strasbourgis (Prantsusmaa) asuvas Euroopa Noortekeskuses ja t\u00f5i kokku 25 noortejuhti 22 eri riigist.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d5ppesessiooni eesm\u00e4rk oli pakkuda \u00f5pperuumi noorte delegaatide, noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6tajate, kohalike noorten\u00f5ukogude esindajate ja sarnaste osalusstruktuuride kaasamiseks ja varustamiseks praktiliste teadmiste ja oskustega, et edendada noorte sisulist osalemist kohalikul tasandil kogu Euroopas.
