Projekti eesm\u00e4rk oli suurendada Zalewo kommuunist p\u00e4rit noorte kodanikuaktiivsust, rakendades noorte aktiveerimise mudelit, mis p\u00f5hineb Portugali organisatsioonide poolt <a href=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/et\/activity\/youth-participatory-for-innovative-education-in-the-zalewo-commune-study-visit-in-portugal\/\">\u00f5ppek\u00fclastus Portimaosse<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>DYPALLi v\u00f5rgustiku koolitajad k\u00fclastasid Poolat, et toetada kohaliku noorte osalustegevuse elluviimist. Teisip\u00e4eval ja kolmap\u00e4eval koolitasime 20 noort ja 4 \u00f5petajat 4 kohaliku maapiirkonna koolist, kes said teada noorte osalusest ja nende v\u00f5imest muuta oma kohalikku reaalsust. Disainim\u00f5tlemise metoodikat j\u00e4rgides anal\u00fc\u00fcsisid noored oma eakaaslaste probleeme ja vajadusi, m\u00e4\u00e4ratlesid olemasolevad probleemid, m\u00f5tlesid v\u00e4lja v\u00f5imalikud lahendused ning l\u00f5puks l\u00f5id ja katsetasid oma ideede protot\u00fc\u00fcpe koolidirektorite ees. Kavandatavad algatused viiakse ellu \u00f5ppeaasta esimesel poolel.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dclej\u00e4\u00e4nud k\u00fclastus oli p\u00fchendatud \u00f5ppek\u00fclastusele I\u0142awasse. Kohtumised kohalike \u00fcli\u00f5pilasliitude ja kohaliku noorten\u00f5ukoguga v\u00f5imaldasid meil paremini m\u00f5ista erinevusi noorte osalemise struktuuride vahel ning jagada noorte ja noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6tajatega osa Euroopa headest tavadest, mille on kaardistanud v\u00f5rgustik DYPALL k\u00e4imasolevas uuringus noorte osalemise mudelite kohta.
