{"id":3752,"date":"2019-06-14T13:57:23","date_gmt":"2019-06-14T11:57:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=3752"},"modified":"2019-06-14T13:57:23","modified_gmt":"2019-06-14T11:57:23","slug":"conferenceyouth-participation-matters","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/et\/activity\/conferenceyouth-participation-matters\/","title":{"rendered":"Konverents \u201eNoorte osalemisega seotud k\u00fcsimused\u201c"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>11. novembril toimus konverents \u201eNoorte osalemisega seotud k\u00fcsimused\u201c.<sup>nda<\/sup> Juuni 2019, Lissaboni noortekeskus, Portugal.<\/p>\n<p>Konverentsil osalesid kodaniku\u00fchiskonna organisatsioonide ja kohalike omavalitsuste noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6tajad, samuti kohalike noorten\u00f5ukogude esindajad ja muud asjaomased sidusr\u00fchmad, et arutada noorte osalemise tavasid Euroopa \u00fchiskonna demokraatliku arengu otsustusprotsessides.<\/p>\n<p>Konverentsi keskne \u00fcritus oli uuringu tutvustamine iga partnerorganisatsiooni poolt riiklikul tasandil, millele j\u00e4rgnesid arutelud esitatud mudelite ja n\u00e4idete \u00fcle.<\/p>\n<p>Hommikul keskendus konverents noorte otsustusprotsessides osalemise mehhanismide ja struktuuride tavade jagamisele kohalikus omavalitsuses. kodanikega peetava dialoogi komitee, esindajad: Piotr Krzystek (Poola), Forum dei Giovani di Angri, Enrico Elefante (Itaalia), noorte kaasamine ja struktureeritud dialoog kohalikul tasandil, Alessio Lupi (Belgia), ning kohaliku noortepoliitika arendamine 12 omavalitsuses, esindaja: Florim Rexhepi (P\u00f5hja-Makedoonia).<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e4rastl\u00f5unane programm keskendus ka tavade jagamisele haridusprojektide, algatuste ja vahendite kohta, mis valmistavad noori ette osalema kohaliku tasandi poliitilises elus, kus igal partnerorganisatsioonil oli v\u00f5imalus jagada oma kogemusi ja j\u00e4reldusi. Nendeks tavadeks oli YouthKrakHack, mida tutvustasid Barbara Mos ja Damian Szwed (Poola), Go Deep projekt, Roberto Rossetto (Itaalia), Map4Youth, Daniele Codato (Belgia), #IzboriSe \u2013 kampaania noorte kaasamiseks h\u00e4\u00e4letama, autor Florim Rexhepi (P\u00f5hja-Makedoonia) ja projekt MyPolis, mida tutvustab Maria Pignatelli (Portugal).<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e4rast kaardistamise tulemuste tutvustamist ja sellele j\u00e4rgnenud arutelusid toimus \u00fcmarlaud teemal \u201eInnovatsioon demokraatia kogemisel\u201c, kus r\u00e4\u00e4giti uute kommunikatsiooni- ja tehnoloogiavahenditega kaasnevatest takistustest ja v\u00f5imalustest ning sellest, kuidas noorte osalemine avalikus sf\u00e4\u00e4ris n\u00e4htavaks muutub.<\/p>\n<p>Konverents oli programmi \u201eErasmus+\u201c 2. p\u00f5himeetme raames v\u00f5rgustiku DYPALL ja selle partnerite ARS for Progress of People (Belgia), CID (P\u00f5hja-Makedoonia), Europe4Youth (Poola) ja FRG Campania (Itaalia) poolt Lissaboni noortekeskuse toetusel korraldatud pikaajalise projekti \u201eNoorte osalusk\u00fcsimused\u201c viimane tegevus: Innovatsioonile suunatud koost\u00f6\u00f6 ja heade tavade vahetamine, mida haldab Portugali riiklik b\u00fcroo.<\/p>\n<p>12. juunil toimus partnerite kohtumine, kus k\u00e4sitleti projekti raames v\u00e4ljat\u00f6\u00f6tatava uuringu avaldamise j\u00e4rgmisi etappe.
