See tugevdab kohalike ja uustulnukate suhtlust, tegeleb hirmude ja eelarvamustega ning edendab kogukonna vaimu kui \u00fcldist eesm\u00e4rki. Kohalikud noored ja noored r\u00e4ndajad arendavad ettev\u00f5tlusideid, mis k\u00e4sitlevad kogukonna k\u00fcsimusi ja loovad partnerlusi sidusr\u00fchmadega, et tuua kohalikesse kogukondadesse positiivseid muutusi. Selle koost\u00f6\u00f6 eesm\u00e4rk on luua kogukonnas avatus, sallivus ja \u00fchtsuse \u00f5hkkond. Kokkuv\u00f5ttes on \u201etervitusmudeli\u201c eesm\u00e4rk saada kaasavate kogukondade vahendiks.<\/p>\n<p>Vahemikus 5<sup>nda<\/sup> ja 11<sup>nda<\/sup> Aprillis toimus Itaalias Albengas noortevahetus, kus k\u00f5igil partneritel olid kohalike koolituste esindajad. Eri taustade kaardistamise kohaselt oli selles tegevuses esindatud 30 riiki ja 5 kontinenti. Selles tegevuses osales neli noort igast partnerist ja \u00fcks koolitaja, kellel oli v\u00f5imalus jagada oma kogemusi ja saavutusi kohalikul tasandil ning t\u00e4iustada oma projekte. N\u00e4dala jooksul l\u00e4bis grupp erinevaid teemasid nagu ideearendus, sidusr\u00fchmade kaardistamine, \u00e4rimudeli l\u00f5uend ja protot\u00fc\u00fcpimine rannas.<\/p>\n<p>Samuti oli osalejatel v\u00f5imalus avastada veidi rohkem kohalikku tegelikkust ja teisi riike\u201c. Samuti oli aega simuleerida Shark Tanki n\u00e4itust, kus osalejad esitasid oma ideid Albenga linnapea, kohalike ettev\u00f5tjate, valitsusv\u00e4liste organisatsioonide esindajate ja ajakirjanike ees.
