DYPALL on uhke partner projektis Welcomeship, mille eesm\u00e4rk on \u00fcletada l\u00f5he noorte r\u00e4ndajate ja kohalike noorte vahel kogukonnap\u00f5hise ettev\u00f5tluse kaudu.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vahemikus 24<\/span>nda<\/span> ja 30<\/span>nda<\/span> Oktoobris osales DYPALL YEPP EUROPA poolt Stockholmis korraldatud tervitus\u00fcritusel. Sel n\u00e4dalal toimus koolitajate koolitus, kus osalesid partnerid kuuest riigist, n\u00e4iteks Portugalist, Rootsist, Soomest, \u00dchendkuningriigist, Itaaliast ja Saksamaalt. Koolitus toimus erinevates noortemajades ning selle eesm\u00e4rk oli koolitada ja v\u00f5imestada partnerorganisatsioonide noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6tajaid ja noortetreenereid saama tervituskursuse koolitajateks, \u00f5petades neid esitama p\u00f5hiteemasid mitteformaalsel, osalusp\u00f5hisel ja uuenduslikul viisil ning seega h\u00f5lbustama noorte m\u00f5istmist ja kaasamist.<\/span><\/p>\n

Selle projektiga luuakse mitu intellektuaalset v\u00e4ljundit, millest \u00fcks on juhend, mida kasutatakse kohaliku koolituse h\u00f5lbustamiseks. Luuakse ka youtube\u2019i kanal, kus inimesed saavad j\u00e4rgida juhendi viie mooduliga seotud eri \u00f5petusi: \u201eOpening Minds & Doors\u201c, \u201eEntrepreneurship & Community\u201c, \u201eIdea Development\u201c, \u201eThe Market: Ideest \u00e4rini\u201c ja \u201eLaunching & Scaling\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kohalik koolitus toimub detsembrist jaanuarini Portim\u00e3os, tuues kokku linna noored, eriti need, kes on r\u00e4ndajad v\u00f5i r\u00e4ndetaustaga. Kohaliku koolitusega paralleelselt korraldatakse viis tervitus\u00f5htut, mitmesuguses vormis \u00fcritusi, kus kogukond saab kokku tulla ning oma projekte ja vajadusi jagada.<\/span><\/p>\n
