Tutvustati mitmesuguseid huvitavaid tavasid noorte kaasamiseks kohaliku tasandi otsustusprotsessidesse Belgias, Portugalis, Poolas, Hispaanias, Itaalias, Makedoonias, Rumeenias ja Sloveenias. Rohkem kui 30 osalejat kodaniku\u00fchiskonna organisatsioonidest ja kohalikest omavalitsustest kogu Euroopast arutasid noorte otsustusprotsessides osalemise probleeme ja jagasid parimaid tavasid. Seminar aitas t\u00f5sta teadlikkust sellest, et osalemine noorte iseseisvuse ja kodanikutunde loomisel on oluline demokraatlikel v\u00e4\u00e4rtustel ja kodanike aktiivsel osalemisel p\u00f5hineva Euroopa \u00fchiskonna loomiseks.<\/p>\n<p>See oli v\u00f5rgustiku DYPALL ja selle partnerite korraldatud pikaajalise projekti \u201eNoorte osalusk\u00fcsimused\u201c esimene tegevus. <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.arsprogress.eu\/\">ARS inimeste progressi eest<\/a><\/span> (Belgia), <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"http:\/\/cid.mk\/\">N\u00f5ukogu rakendusotsus<\/a><\/span> (Makedoonia), <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.europe4youth.eu\/\">Europe4Youth<\/a><\/span> (Poola) ja <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.consiglio.regione.campania.it\/forumgiovani\">FRG Campania<\/a><\/span> (Itaalia) programmi \u201eErasmus+\u201c 2. p\u00f5himeetme raames: innovatsioonile suunatud koost\u00f6\u00f6 ja heade tavade vahetamine.
