{"id":2766,"date":"2017-12-22T18:24:41","date_gmt":"2017-12-22T17:24:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=2766"},"modified":"2017-12-22T18:24:41","modified_gmt":"2017-12-22T17:24:41","slug":"challenges-of-participation-in-latin-america-and-the-caribbean","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/et\/calls\/challenges-of-participation-in-latin-america-and-the-caribbean\/","title":{"rendered":"Ladina-Ameerikas ja Kariibi mere piirkonnas osalemisega seotud probleemid"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Neljast<sup>nda<\/sup> kuni 8<sup>nda<\/sup> 2017. aasta detsembris oli DYPALLi v\u00f5rgustik esindatud Buenos Aireses (Argentina) seminaril \u201e<em>Retos de la participaci\u00f3n en Latinoam\u00e9rica y Caribe<\/em>\u201e\u201c (Ladina-Ameerikas ja Kariibi mere piirkonnas osalemise probleemid), mis korraldati Erasmus+ 2. p\u00f5himeetme projekti \u201e<em>AYNI: Suutlikkuse suurendamine globaalsest kohalikuni, j\u00e4tmata kedagi k\u00f5rvale<\/em>\u201d, mida rakendab Hispaania riiklik noorten\u00f5ukogu koost\u00f6\u00f6s Portugali riikliku noorten\u00f5ukoguga (CNJ), <em>Foro Latinoamericano y Caribe\u00f1o de Juventudes<\/em> (FLACJ), MIRIM Brasil, <em>Asociaci\u00f3n para la Promoci\u00f3n de los Derechos del Ni\u00f1o y del Adolescente<\/em> (APDENA \u2013 Argentina), <em>Cauce Ciudadano<\/em> (M\u00e9xico) ja <em>Grupo G\u00e9nesis Panam\u00e1 Positivo<\/em> (Panam\u00e1).<\/p>\n<p>2017. aasta septembris Mollinas (Hispaania) toimunud esimese kohtumise j\u00e4relmeetmena on see seminar osa ettevalmistavast t\u00f6\u00f6st 2018. aasta jaanuaris\/veebruaris toimuva poliitilise toetustegevuse e-\u00f5ppe koolituskursuse rakendamiseks. See h\u00f5lmas kokku 30 osalejat, asjaomaste riikide noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6tajaid, ning see oli viimane hetk, mil esindatud sidusr\u00fchmad said enne e-\u00f5ppe kava toimumist m\u00f5tteid arutada ja jagada.<\/p>\n<p>Programm sisaldas esimest loenguhetke, mida h\u00f5lbustas Carlos Cruz (<em>Cauce Ciudadano<\/em>Ladina-Ameerika ja Kariibi mere piirkonna noorte osalemise kontseptsioonide ja mudelite ning kohapealsete meetmete, n\u00e4iteks <em>Asociaci\u00f3n Madres Plaza de Mayo<\/em>, kus osalejatel oli v\u00f5imalus v\u00f5tta otse \u00fchendust m\u00f5ne Argentina noorte sotsiaalse tegelikkuse teemaga.<\/p>\n<p>Teisel hetkel oli sidusr\u00fchmadel aega jagada veebip\u00f5hise koolituskursuse jaoks ette n\u00e4htud nelja mooduliga seotud arenguid ning vahetada seisukohti ja ootusi seoses sisu ja tulemustega.
