{"id":2693,"date":"2017-11-25T11:05:26","date_gmt":"2017-11-25T10:05:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=2693"},"modified":"2017-11-25T11:05:26","modified_gmt":"2017-11-25T10:05:26","slug":"study-on-models-of-youth-participation-in-decision-making-processes-in-the-local-governance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/et\/activity\/study-on-models-of-youth-participation-in-decision-making-processes-in-the-local-governance\/","title":{"rendered":"Uuring noorte kohaliku omavalitsuse otsustusprotsessides osalemise mudelite kohta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2696\" src=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/survey-final-III-01-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"6031\" height=\"2232\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Uuringu viib l\u00e4bi DYPALLi ressursi- ja liikuvuskeskus YP Lab, keskendudes teadusuuringute arendamisele ja suutlikkuse suurendamisele kohaliku noorte osaluse valdkonnas.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcks meie eesm\u00e4rke on t\u00f6\u00f6tada v\u00e4lja struktuurid ja mehhanismid noorte kaasamiseks kohaliku tasandi otsuste tegemisse ning selgitada v\u00e4lja parimad tavad ja v\u00f5tta koost\u00f6\u00f6s kohalike omavalitsuste ja noortevaldkonnas tegutsevate kodaniku\u00fchiskonna organisatsioonidega kasutusele uuenduslikud l\u00e4henemisviisid avalikule haldusele.<\/p>\n<p>Seet\u00f5ttu arendame YP laboris juhtumiuuringut, mis kaardistab:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>olemasolevad struktuurid ja mehhanismid noorte osalemiseks kohaliku omavalitsuse otsustusprotsessides;<\/li>\n<li>haridusprojektid, -algatused ja -vahendid, mis valmistavad noori ette osalema kohaliku tasandi poliitilises elus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Selleks oleme v\u00e4lja t\u00f6\u00f6tanud kaks vastavat uuringut, mis aitavad meil kaardistada j\u00e4rgmist tegevust:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keskendumine <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/forms\/ZQyNhmO0XPUHFhaz1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">K\u00fcsitlus 1<\/a><\/span> on olemasolevad struktuurid ja mehhanismid noorte osalemiseks kohaliku omavalitsuse otsustusprotsessides. Nt kohalik noorten\u00f5ukogu, mis on omavalitsuses seaduslikult asutatud ja millel on noortek\u00fcsimustes n\u00f5uandev roll.<\/li>\n<li>Keskendumine<a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/forms\/8chjlPMHTgLlAIpu1\"> K\u00fcsitlus 2<\/a> on haridusprojektid, -algatused ja -vahendid, mis valmistavad noori ette osalema kohaliku tasandi poliitilises elus.
