\u00dcheteistk\u00fcmnestnda<\/sup>\u00a0Septembris korraldas v\u00f5rgustik DYPALL koost\u00f6\u00f6s Portim\u00e3o omavalitsuse ja ECOSe kooperatiiviga Portim\u00e3o Museu auditooriumis\u00a0Rahvusvaheline konverents \u201eSE+ED \u2013 sotsiaalne ettev\u00f5tlus ja haridustavad noortele\u201c<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Sellel kohtumisel oli osalejatel v\u00f5imalus tutvuda sotsiaalse ettev\u00f5tluse olulisusega kaasaegses majanduses ja selle erilise t\u00e4htsusega kriisij\u00e4rgses majanduses. Lisaks kasutati seda konverentsi platvormina sotsiaalse ettev\u00f5tluse perspektiivide jagamiseks eri riikides. Arutati ja anal\u00fc\u00fcsiti arenguperspektiive ja v\u00e4ljakutseid, millega see ettev\u00f5tlusvorm m\u00f5jutatud sidusr\u00fchmade kaudu silmitsi seisab. K\u00e4sitlesime traditsioonilise ettev\u00f5tlussektori ja kasvava idufirmade sektori vahelise koost\u00f6\u00f6 k\u00fcsimusi ning seda, kuidas seda seost parandada.<\/p>\n

Konverents oli samanimelise \u00fcheaastase projekti viimane tegevus: SE+ED \u2013 Sotsiaalne ettev\u00f5tlus ja haridustavad noortele, <\/strong>keda toetab Programm \u201eErasmus+\u201c<\/strong>, mille eesm\u00e4rk oli pakkuda sotsiaalse ettev\u00f5tluse alast metoodilist ja haridusalast koolitust. Nendest vahetus- ja mitteformaalse \u00f5ppe meetoditel p\u00f5hinevatest tegevustest said kasu 25 noort Kreekast, Poolast, Austriast ja Portugalist.<\/p>\n

Selles projektis osalejad osalesid intensiivsel koolitusel, mida viisid l\u00e4bi kogenud h\u00e4\u00e4led selles valdkonnas, ning neil oli foorum, kus nad jagasid oma teadmisi ja kogemusi, mille nad t\u00f5id oma riigist. Tegevused ja programmid laaditi \u00fcles projekti veebisaidile edasiseks kasutamiseks (https:\/\/www.seed-uom.org\/<\/a><\/span>). Kogu konverentsi v\u00e4ltel keskenduti tugeva kogukonnatunde ja rahvusvahelise vaimuga t\u00f6\u00f6keskkonna loomisele.\u00a0 Konverents l\u00f5ppes n\u00f5uetekohase hindamisega, mis v\u00f5ib anda meile v\u00f5imaluse sedalaadi tulevaste projektide t\u00e4iustamiseks.<\/p>\n

\u00dcritus t\u00f5i kokku sotsiaalsed ettev\u00f5tjad, akadeemilised eksperdid ja \u00fcli\u00f5pilased Portugalist, Poolast, Austriast ja Kreekast ning v\u00f5imaldas neil uurida erinevaid v\u00f5imalusi, kuidas edendada sotsiaalset ettev\u00f5tlust noorte seas nii kogukonna kui ka riigi tasandil.<\/p>\n

Konverentsil esile t\u00f5stetud projekti tulemused olid parimate tavade vahetamine, aga ka soovitused, mis v\u00f5imaldaksid omavalitsustel paremini uurida sotsiaalset ettev\u00f5tlust ning seega paremini toetada kodanikke ja eelk\u00f5ige noori, et nad saaksid alustada oma algatusi ja olla aktiivsemad oma kogukondadele lahenduste leidmisel.<\/p>\n

K\u00f5ik projekti tegevused t\u00f6\u00f6tati v\u00e4lja koost\u00f6\u00f6s Makedoonia \u00fclikooliga Kreekast, Gain and Sustainiga Austriast, Uniwersytet Rzeszowskiga Poolast, ECOSiga Portugalist ning MBM koolitus- ja arenduskeskusega \u00dchendkuningriigist.<\/p>\n
