Kongressi algatuse \u201eNoorendav poliitika\u201c raames Euroopa N\u00f5ukogu Kohalike ja Piirkondlike Omavalitsuste Kongress kutsub igast liikmesriigist \u00fche noore Strasbourgi, et osaleda aktiivselt oma 32. ja 33. istungj\u00e4rgul ning t\u00f6\u00f6tada v\u00e4lja oma rohujuure tasandi projekt.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Euroopa N\u00f5ukogu soovib julgustada rohkem noori aktiivselt osalema Euroopa kodaniku\u00fchiskonna tugevdamises ning kaitsma selliseid v\u00e4\u00e4rtusi nagu inim\u00f5igused, kultuuriline mitmekesisus ja sotsiaalne \u00fchtekuuluvus. Samuti soovib ta edendada ja arendada noortepoliitikat, pannes erilist r\u00f5hku noorte osalemisele. Lisaks sellele suunale on Euroopa N\u00f5ukogu Kohalike ja Piirkondlike Omavalitsuste Kongress noorte osaluse k\u00fcsimust l\u00e4hemalt uurinud.<\/p>\n

Seet\u00f5ttu on kongress alates 2014. aasta oktoobrist kutsunud oma istungitele erineva taustaga noori \u2013 noorteaktiviste, noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6tajaid, \u00fcli\u00f5pilasi, noori poliitikuid \u2013, et nad saaksid aruteludes kaasa r\u00e4\u00e4kida ja vahetada kongressi liikmetega arvamusi p\u00e4evakorras olevate k\u00fcsimuste \u00fcle.\u00a0 Alates 2016. aastast kutsutakse neid osalema m\u00f5lemal istungj\u00e4rgul, osaledes kogu aasta jooksul kongressi t\u00f6\u00f6s.\u00a0Osana nende osalemisest 2016. aastal kutsuti noorte delegaate esimest korda \u00fcles arendama oma projekte kohalikul ja piirkondlikul tasandil. Seda nende osalemise aspekti arendatakse edasi 2017. aastal.<\/p>\n

Noorte delegaadid, \u00fcks igast liikmesriigist, istuvad istungisaalis koos kongressi liikmetega kogu istungj\u00e4rgu v\u00e4ltel.\u00a0 Enne iga istungit korraldatakse \u00fchep\u00e4evane ettevalmistav istung, mis toimub vastavalt mitteformaalse hariduse p\u00f5him\u00f5tetele, ja tervitus\u00f5htu.\u00a0 Noorte delegaadid peavad v\u00f5tma kohustuse osaleda k\u00f5igil kahel 2017. aasta istungil: alates 26. m\u00e4rtsist ja 16. oktoobrist (kl 19.00) kuni 30. m\u00e4rtsi ja 20. oktoobri teabekoosolekuteni (kl 17.00)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
