Projekti eesm\u00e4rk on kaardistada ja teha kindlaks r\u00e4ndetaustaga noorte, noorte pagulaste ja noorte r\u00e4ndajate integreerimise head tavad kohalikul tasandil integreeritud l\u00e4henemisviisi abil, milles v\u00f5etakse arvesse erinevaid n\u00e4itajaid (\u00f5iguslik, sotsiaal-majanduslik ja sotsiaal-kultuuriline integratsioon) ja erinevaid sidusr\u00fchmi (kohalikud omavalitsused, kodaniku\u00fchiskonna organisatsioonid, valitsusv\u00e4lised organisatsioonid, noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6tajad); t\u00f6\u00f6tada v\u00e4lja kvaliteedin\u00e4itajad, mis v\u00f5imaldavad kohalikel omavalitsustel hinnata heade tavade m\u00f5ju r\u00e4ndajate ja pagulaste integreerimisele; luua vahend (sisser\u00e4ndajate noortes\u00f5braliku linna hindamisvahend), mis v\u00f5imaldab kohalikel omavalitsustel koos kodaniku\u00fchiskonna organisatsioonide, valitsusv\u00e4liste organisatsioonide ja noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6tajatega hinnata oma integratsioonipoliitikat; t\u00f6\u00f6tada v\u00e4lja suunised, mis sisaldavad meetmeid, mida projekti kaasatud kohalikud omavalitsused v\u00f5tavad, et suurendada m\u00e4\u00e4ra \u201esisser\u00e4ndajate noortes\u00f5braliku linna\u201c skaalal projekti rakendamise ajal ja p\u00e4rast seda;
