Seminar \u201eNoorte demokraatia akadeemia noortele poliitikakujundajatele\u201c, mille korraldas DYPALL Network koost\u00f6\u00f6s Euroopa N\u00f5ukogu noorteosakonnaga, toimus 27. oktoobrist 1. novembrini Euroopa Noortekeskuses Strasbourgis Prantsusmaal.
