Digivahendeid saab kasutada selleks, et toetada juba olemasolevaid noorte osalemise struktuure ja protsesse v\u00f5i stimuleerida e-osalust veebikeskkondades v\u00f5i nende kombinatsiooni, mis v\u00f5ib \u00fcksteist t\u00e4iendada. Konverents oli koht, kus m\u00f5ned uuringu jaoks kogutud vahendid esitati omavalitsuste esindajatele.
