El Proyecto CHLaYdoscope tiene como objetivo apoyar el desarrollo del liderazgo juvenil basado en la comunidad (YCL, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) a trav\u00e9s de un programa innovador de tutor\u00eda y educaci\u00f3n no formal dise\u00f1ado y entregado por l\u00edderes experimentados de centros creativos europeos (ECHL, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s). La principal prioridad que el proyecto quiere abordar es: \u00abPromover la ciudadan\u00eda activa, el sentido de la iniciativa de los j\u00f3venes y el emprendimiento juvenil, incluido el social\u00bb.
