Del 17 al 24 de septiembre de 2023 tuvo lugar la actividad de creaci\u00f3n de asociaciones de la Red DYPALL \u00abParticipaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en favor de democracias locales sostenibles\u00bb en la 22.a Universidad de la Juventud y el Desarrollo de Mollina (Espa\u00f1a). El PBA se dedica a vincular a los municipios y las organizaciones de la sociedad civil que trabajan en la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en la toma de decisiones locales para mejorar la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en el dise\u00f1o de las pol\u00edticas locales, especialmente las ambientales. Estas actividades son organizadas por la Red DYPALL con el apoyo del programa Erasmus+ a trav\u00e9s de la agencia nacional portuguesa. La UYD es un evento juvenil internacional que forma parte del programa conjunto iLEGEND III cofinanciado por la Uni\u00f3n Europea y el Consejo de
