La actividad de creaci\u00f3n de asociaciones de la Red DYPALL, \u00abCreaci\u00f3n de sinergias para democracias locales sostenibles\u00bb, en la Academia de la Democracia de Invierno tuvo lugar del 11 al 16 de diciembre en el Centro Juvenil de Lisboa (Portugal). El PBA sirve como plataforma para la creaci\u00f3n de redes y el conocimiento de las organizaciones europeas que trabajan en el \u00e1mbito de la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en los procesos de toma de decisiones a nivel local.
