Los consejos locales de la juventud son espacios vitales para el di\u00e1logo y la representaci\u00f3n a nivel municipal, pero se enfrentan a nuevos retos relacionados con la digitalizaci\u00f3n, los riesgos en l\u00ednea y las formas cambiantes en que los j\u00f3venes se expresan e interact\u00faan con la gobernanza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Del 14 al 21 de septiembre de 2025, la Red DYPALL organiz\u00f3 el curso de formaci\u00f3n \u00abConsejos locales de la juventud para una participaci\u00f3n de calidad en la esfera digital\u00bb en Mollina (Espa\u00f1a), en el marco de la 24.a Universidad de la Juventud y el Desarrollo (UYD).<\/strong> Esta iniciativa reuni\u00f3 a 20 miembros activos de los Consejos Locales de la Juventud y estructuras participativas similares de 14 pa\u00edses de Europa y m\u00e1s all\u00e1, comprometidos con la mejora de la calidad de la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en la toma de decisiones, en particular en la esfera digital en r\u00e1pida evoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A lo largo del programa, los participantes exploraron la \u00abCarta de calidad sobre consejos locales de la juventud participativos e inclusivos\u00bb<\/em><\/strong> y su acompa\u00f1amiento Kit de herramientas<\/strong>, obteniendo estrategias pr\u00e1cticas para evaluar, mejorar y mantener la eficacia de sus consejos. Tambi\u00e9n profundizaron su comprensi\u00f3n del compromiso democr\u00e1tico, la defensa y la alfabetizaci\u00f3n digital, al tiempo que reflexionaron sobre c\u00f3mo estos elementos pueden adaptarse y aplicarse en sus propias comunidades. Finalmente, el curso enfatiz\u00f3 no solo los desaf\u00edos sino tambi\u00e9n las oportunidades que el \u00e1mbito digital presenta para los Consejos Locales de Juventud. La actividad contribuy\u00f3 a reforzar una red europea de educadores y multiplicadores entre iguales para una participaci\u00f3n juvenil de calidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El programa se enriqueci\u00f3 a\u00fan m\u00e1s con el marco m\u00e1s amplio de la UYD, que este a\u00f1o se centr\u00f3 en el tema \u00abEmpoderar a la juventud para la seguridad digital\u00bb<\/strong><\/em>. Esto brind\u00f3 a los participantes la oportunidad de conectarse con otros l\u00edderes juveniles, expertos y representantes institucionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El curso de formaci\u00f3n fue cofinanciado por el programa Erasmus+ de la Uni\u00f3n Europea a trav\u00e9s de la Agencia Nacional Portuguesa y coordinado por Red DYPALL<\/strong>. La Universidad de Juventud y Desarrollo forma parte del Programa Conjunto iLEGEND III, cofinanciado por la Uni\u00f3n Europea y el Consejo de Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
