La actividad tuvo lugar del 1 al 6 de septiembre en Altamura, Italia, reuniendo a los mismos 16 j\u00f3venes l\u00edderes de 11 pa\u00edses diferentes (ya formados). <a href=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/es\/activity\/climbing-the-ladder-fostering-a-culture-of-youth-engagement-cl-ye-training-for-the-pool-of-youth-facilitators-for-democracy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">el pasado mes de abril en Portugal<\/a>), todos los cuales participan activamente en el sector de la juventud dentro de sus comunidades locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los dos objetivos clave de la reuni\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica fueron:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>reconectar y explorar la evoluci\u00f3n reciente de los proyectos;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>crear un plan estrat\u00e9gico con objetivos comunes y posibles acciones (locales) para generar un impacto en sus comunidades, contribuyendo as\u00ed a mecanismos de participaci\u00f3n juvenil de alta calidad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sesiones clave<\/strong>\u00a0de la actividad, con el apoyo de dos facilitadores experimentados, incluidos:<br>\u2013 crear un manifiesto de grupo para reflexionar sobre la visi\u00f3n compartida y la identidad de grupo;<br>\u2013 talleres paralelos sobre el desarrollo de la pol\u00edtica de juventud y pasos clave para solicitar oportunidades de financiaci\u00f3n de la UE;<br>\u2013 elaboraci\u00f3n de un plan estrat\u00e9gico para la reserva de j\u00f3venes facilitadores de la democracia;<br>\u2013 preparar una carta de inspiraci\u00f3n para las partes interesadas que har\u00e1n uso de la plataforma digital del proyecto;<br>\u2013 actualizaci\u00f3n de la estructura y el contenido de la persona\u00a0<strong><em>\u00abCaja de herramientas para facilitadores juveniles\u00bb.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta segunda actividad presencial ha sido un paso crucial en el proyecto, permitiendo que el grupo de facilitadores contin\u00fae invirtiendo en el desarrollo de capacidades, desarrollando a\u00fan m\u00e1s los resultados del proyecto y dise\u00f1ando acciones de seguimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto CL-YE est\u00e1 coordinado por DYPALL Network en asociaci\u00f3n con Europiamo ETS (Italia), YEPP EUROPE (Alemania), Nordland fylkeskommune (Noruega), EDYN (Eslovaquia), Assembly of European Regions \u2013 AER (Francia) y SQLearn (Grecia), y est\u00e1 cofinanciado por el programa Erasmus+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex
