Dentro de la \u00abClimbing the Ladder \u2013 Fostering a Culture of Youth Engagement (CL-YE)\u00bb (Escalar la escalera: fomentar una cultura de participaci\u00f3n juvenil)<\/em><\/strong> En el marco de este proyecto, la Red DYPALL organiz\u00f3 el primer curso de formaci\u00f3n para el Grupo de J\u00f3venes Facilitadores de la Democracia. La capacitaci\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo del 7 al 12 de abril en Portim\u00e3o, Portugal, reuniendo a 16 j\u00f3venes l\u00edderes de 11 pa\u00edses diferentes, todos los cuales participan activamente en el sector juvenil dentro de sus comunidades locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El objetivo principal de esta formaci\u00f3n era dotar a los j\u00f3venes de entre 18 y 25 a\u00f1os de las herramientas, los conocimientos y las capacidades necesarios para apoyar a las organizaciones en la aplicaci\u00f3n o mejora de los mecanismos de participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes. Utilizando metodolog\u00edas de educaci\u00f3n no formal y guiados por formadores experimentados, los participantes se sumergieron en un entorno de aprendizaje din\u00e1mico donde pod\u00edan compartir experiencias, desarrollar competencias y crear redes con compa\u00f1eros de toda Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25aa Introducci\u00f3n a la publicaci\u00f3n CL-YE \u00abDirectrices sobre modelos y mecanismos de participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes\u00bb<\/em><\/strong>
\u25aa Desarrollo de la \u00abCaja de herramientas para facilitadores juveniles\u00bb<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esta formaci\u00f3n inicial es un paso importante en la iniciativa CL-YE. El grupo de facilitadores se reunir\u00e1 de nuevo para una reuni\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica en Italia, organizada en cooperaci\u00f3n con Europiamo ETS<\/strong>, continuar el desarrollo de capacidades y seguir desarrollando los resultados del proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El proyecto CL-YE est\u00e1 coordinado por DYPALL Network en asociaci\u00f3n con Europiamo ETS (Italia), YEPP EUROPE (Alemania), Nordland fylkeskommune (Noruega), EDYN (Eslovaquia), Assembly of European Regions \u2013 AER (Francia) y SQLearn (Grecia), y est\u00e1 cofinanciado por el programa Erasmus+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
