El grupo consultivo del proyecto CL-YE celebr\u00f3 su primera reuni\u00f3n presencial del 3 al 6 de diciembre de 2024 en Bruselas (B\u00e9lgica). El Grupo Asesor sobre Participaci\u00f3n Juvenil es un grupo de 12 expertos de diferentes pa\u00edses de Europa con experiencia concreta en mecanismos, estructuras y modelos de participaci\u00f3n juvenil con la misi\u00f3n de apoyar al consorcio del proyecto CL-YE en la planificaci\u00f3n, investigaci\u00f3n y entrega de los principales resultados del proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La reuni\u00f3n del grupo consultivo, dirigida por la Red DYPALL y organizada por AER, fue un espacio para que los expertos debatieran y compartieran puntos en com\u00fan y experiencias a medida que se sumerg\u00edan en diferentes mecanismos para la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en toda Europa. Pasaron mucho tiempo deliberando sobre los puntos fuertes y los \u00abvigilancias\u00bb, los indicadores clave de \u00e9xito y los marcadores de calidad de diferentes mecanismos: consejos juveniles, embajadores juveniles, grupos consultivos juveniles, grupos directores juveniles e investigaci\u00f3n dirigida por j\u00f3venes, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El objetivo principal de esta reuni\u00f3n fue recabar aportaciones de los expertos sobre las directrices cualitativas, la publicaci\u00f3n que se desarrollar\u00e1 dentro del proyecto y que proporcionar\u00e1 al menos 8 directrices diferentes (planes paso a paso) para diferentes mecanismos de participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes, cuyo objetivo es guiar a los profesionales, los responsables pol\u00edticos y otras partes interesadas en la elaboraci\u00f3n y el establecimiento de dichos modelos de participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes, a trav\u00e9s de un proceso transparente, inclusivo y participativo, en consonancia con las buenas pr\u00e1cticas y recomendaciones en el \u00e1mbito de la juventud. Tambi\u00e9n se consult\u00f3 a los miembros del grupo consultivo sobre la plataforma que se desarrollar\u00e1 en 2025 con el fin de orientar a los profesionales y los responsables pol\u00edticos en el establecimiento de mecanismos para la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El grupo consultivo tambi\u00e9n se uni\u00f3 a una parte del programa de CL-YE que se estaba llevando a cabo paralelamente para visitar y aprender m\u00e1s sobre los \u00f3rganos e instituciones de toma de decisiones europeos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El proyecto est\u00e1 liderado por DYPALL Network en asociaci\u00f3n con Europiamo ETS<\/a> (Italia), YEPP EUROPA<\/a> (Alemania), Nordland fylkeskommune<\/a> (Noruega), EDYN<\/a> (Eslovaquia), @Asamblea de las Regiones de Europa \u2013 REA<\/a> (Francia), SQLearn<\/a> (Grecia) financiado por el programa Erasmus+ \u00abJuventud Europea Conjunta\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
