Tercera y \u00faltima visita de estudio del proyecto \u00abClimbing the Ladder: Fostering a Culture of Youth Engagement CL-YE\u00bb se celebr\u00f3 del 2 al 6 de diciembre de 2024 en Bruselas (B\u00e9lgica), auspiciada por la Asamblea de Regiones de Europa (ARE). Este encuentro reuni\u00f3 a representantes del consorcio del proyecto para conectarse con las instituciones clave de Europa, profundizando en c\u00f3mo se integran las perspectivas de la juventud en los procesos de toma de decisiones a nivel regional y europeo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los participantes asistieron a la mesa de oto\u00f1o de la AER en el Parlamento Europeo, observando los procesos de toma de decisiones que est\u00e1n configurando las regiones europeas. En la Oficina de Enlace del Consejo de Europa, la asesora pol\u00edtica Aleksandra Celar comparti\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n sobre los esfuerzos para promover la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en los procesos democr\u00e1ticos. Los participantes exploraron las oportunidades de financiaci\u00f3n de Erasmus+ con la Agencia Ejecutiva Europea de Educaci\u00f3n y Cultura, aprendiendo sobre el apoyo a las iniciativas de participaci\u00f3n juvenil en toda Europa. La reuni\u00f3n con Susannah Hallgren, del Grupo ad hoc del CESE sobre la Juventud, puso de relieve los \u00e9xitos y los retos en la integraci\u00f3n de las perspectivas de la juventud en los procesos consultivos de la UE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tambi\u00e9n tuvieron la oportunidad de reunirse con representantes del Foro Europeo de la Juventud y el Conseil de la Jeunesse Belgique (Consejo de la Juventud Belga de la comunidad franc\u00f3fona), para explorar c\u00f3mo las voces de los j\u00f3venes dan forma a la gobernanza y la promoci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La visita a Bruselas marc\u00f3 un paso importante del proyecto CL-YE, tras visitas anteriores a Bratislava y Viena. Los participantes reflexionaron sobre las lecciones aprendidas y destacaron la importancia de la colaboraci\u00f3n transfronteriza para amplificar las voces de los j\u00f3venes en la gobernanza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Subiendo la escalera: fomentar una cultura de participaci\u00f3n juvenil (CL-YE) est\u00e1 dirigida por la red DYPALL en asociaci\u00f3n con Europiamo (Italia), Nordland fylkeskommune (Noruega), EDYN (Eslovaquia), YEPP Europe (Alemania), Assembl\u00e9e des R\u00e9gions d\u2019Europe \u2013 AER (Francia) y SQ Learn (Grecia), en el marco del programa Erasmus+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
