Del 12 al 18 de agosto, la primera visita de estudio<\/strong> de la Subiendo la escalera: fomentar una cultura de participaci\u00f3n juvenil (CL-YE)<\/em><\/strong> El proyecto tuvo lugar en Bod\u00f8, Noruega, que es la primera Capital Europea de la Cultura al norte del C\u00edrculo Polar \u00c1rtico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participantes de organizaciones asociadas participaron en el Academia de Verano AER<\/strong>, un evento bienal, que este a\u00f1o fue coorganizado con el condado de Nordland. La Academia de Verano reuni\u00f3 a las regiones europeas para intercambiar las mejores pr\u00e1cticas de participaci\u00f3n e inclusi\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes a trav\u00e9s de la cultura. El evento cont\u00f3 con mesas redondas, talleres interactivos y una visita a Kjerring\u00f8y<\/strong>, un sitio hist\u00f3rico que ofrece una visi\u00f3n del patrimonio cultural noruego.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los \u00faltimos d\u00edas de la visita de estudio se centraron en la comprensi\u00f3n de las estructuras y marcos de apoyo a la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en Nordland. Los participantes de las organizaciones asociadas adquirieron experiencia de primera mano al visitar Condado de Nordland<\/strong> y la colaboraci\u00f3n con representantes del Consejo de la Juventud de Nordland<\/strong>, el Programa juvenil Unge Stormen<\/strong>, y Primera Escandinavia<\/strong>, una organizaci\u00f3n pionera en m\u00e9todos educativos innovadores. Estas visitas proporcionaron informaci\u00f3n sobre el enfoque de Nordland con respecto a la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes y las estructuras de apoyo del condado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las ideas obtenidas se recopilar\u00e1n en un informe exhaustivo que mostrar\u00e1 varias estrategias para mejorar la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes, empoderar a los j\u00f3venes y proporcionar recursos pr\u00e1cticos para los profesionales y los responsables pol\u00edticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
