DYPALL Network, junto con el Oficina de Enlace del Parlamento Europeo en Lisboa<\/strong>, reuni\u00f3 a las principales partes interesadas el 10 de julio para debatir las estrategias aplicadas para impulsar la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en las elecciones de la UE de 2024. Representantes de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea, IPDJ\/CJL, ESN Portugal, Movijovem, Europe Direct Algarve (en l\u00ednea) y CNJ (en l\u00ednea) participaron en esta reuni\u00f3n de partes interesadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La reuni\u00f3n comenz\u00f3 con una introducci\u00f3n a la \u00abEmpowerEU: Educar para la democracia\u00bb<\/em><\/strong> proyecto financiado por el programa CERV de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea. Este proyecto tiene por objeto suscitar debates significativos entre los j\u00f3venes sobre el impacto de la UE en sus vidas, sensibilizar sobre las pol\u00edticas de la UE y fomentar la participaci\u00f3n activa en la configuraci\u00f3n del futuro de Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se examin\u00f3 el an\u00e1lisis de datos de campa\u00f1as anteriores, haciendo hincapi\u00e9 en la importancia de medir la eficacia de las actividades de divulgaci\u00f3n. Un resultado cr\u00edtico fue el desarrollo de un plan de acci\u00f3n para la colaboraci\u00f3n continua, priorizando estrategias para mantener a los j\u00f3venes comprometidos m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de solo votar en EE 24. Este plan incluye ofrecer apoyo continuo y oportunidades de participaci\u00f3n en los asuntos europeos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los socios tambi\u00e9n exploraron formas de conectar la participaci\u00f3n en las elecciones europeas con una comprensi\u00f3n m\u00e1s profunda de los valores e instituciones europeos, fomentando una participaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s informada e invertida de los j\u00f3venes europeos. La reuni\u00f3n destac\u00f3 el \u00e9xito de los proyectos de educaci\u00f3n entre pares que se dirigen a los votantes primerizos y a los j\u00f3venes desvinculados a trav\u00e9s de diversos formatos, mostrando una amplia colaboraci\u00f3n entre organismos p\u00fablicos, ONG, grupos informales y redes regionales. Sin embargo, se identificaron desaf\u00edos como una coordinaci\u00f3n limitada y pocas oportunidades para que las partes interesadas intercambien pr\u00e1cticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los pr\u00f3ximos pasos y compromisos incluyen que los socios compartan las herramientas utilizadas durante las campa\u00f1as y organicen la Academia EmpowerEU en septiembre de 2024, en la que participar\u00e1n j\u00f3venes participantes de diversas regiones de Portugal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
