La visita de estudio a Lisboa \u00abUn paso m\u00e1s all\u00e1: Youth Participation Practices\u00bb, organizada por la Red DYPALL en cooperaci\u00f3n con Bangherang y las autoridades locales de Almada, Lisboa y Cascais, tuvo lugar del 18 al 23 de mayo de 2024 en Lisboa (Portugal).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Involucr\u00f3 a participantes de todos los pa\u00edses socios del proyecto y permiti\u00f3 desarrollar la capacidad de los trabajadores en el \u00e1mbito de la juventud de las organizaciones de la sociedad civil y las oficinas municipales para trabajar juntos y ejecutar proyectos espec\u00edficos sobre la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en los procesos de toma de decisiones a nivel local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la actividad, los participantes exploraron el marco institucional de la pol\u00edtica de juventud en Portugal y colaboraron con diversas organizaciones europeas que trabajan en el \u00e1mbito de la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes. La actividad se centr\u00f3 principalmente en la exploraci\u00f3n de herramientas de participaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica, modelos de participaci\u00f3n inclusiva y programas municipales para involucrar activamente a los j\u00f3venes en los asuntos locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los participantes tuvieron la oportunidad de visitar la sede de la Instituto Portugu\u00e9s de Juventud y Deportes<\/a> (IPDJ), donde pudieron entender c\u00f3mo el instituto nacional apoya la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en los procesos de toma de decisiones a nivel local en Portugal, por ejemplo a trav\u00e9s del presupuesto nacional de participaci\u00f3n juvenil. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

El programa tambi\u00e9n ofreci\u00f3 a los participantes la oportunidad de visitar el Almada<\/a> y el Cascais<\/a> (Capital Europea de la Juventud en 2018) municipios. Estas visitas incluyeron mesas redondas con miembros de los consejos juveniles locales, que representan a organizaciones juveniles locales, l\u00edderes juveniles y trabajadores juveniles municipales. Las visitas proporcionaron informaci\u00f3n interesante sobre el proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n de la estrategia local para la juventud y su aplicaci\u00f3n. Los participantes fueron introducidos a pr\u00e1cticas efectivas para sistemas participativos, incluyendo el Presupuesto Participativo Juvenil renovado y los Consejos de Ni\u00f1os. Los participantes tambi\u00e9n descubrieron iniciativas locales como la Portugal Wrestlefest<\/a>, financiado y apoyado por el municipio de Almada, y el Voz de Jovens<\/a> proyecto, ejecutado por el municipio de Cascais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uno de los objetivos del programa era permitir a los participantes transferir su experiencia a su propia realidad local. La actividad incluy\u00f3 un taller donde asumieron roles activos y enriquecieron la visita compartiendo buenas pr\u00e1cticas de sus pa\u00edses, desarrollando ideas para acciones de seguimiento y considerando c\u00f3mo adaptar las pr\u00e1cticas presentadas a sus contextos locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La visita de estudio se financi\u00f3 en el marco del programa Erasmus+ a trav\u00e9s de la Agencia Nacional Italiana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
