Esta actividad ten\u00eda como objetivo vincular a los municipios y las organizaciones de la sociedad civil que trabajan en la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en la toma de decisiones locales para mejorar la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en el dise\u00f1o de las pol\u00edticas locales, especialmente las medioambientales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El objetivo principal del PBA era crear un espacio para el intercambio de diferentes realidades, promoviendo buenas pr\u00e1cticas, metodolog\u00edas y herramientas, al tiempo que se desarrollaban proyectos de cooperaci\u00f3n que vincularan a los j\u00f3venes, las pol\u00edticas medioambientales y las democracias locales en consonancia con la Estrategia de la UE para la Juventud 2019-2027 y el programa Erasmus+. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los objetivos espec\u00edficos de este PBA inclu\u00edan reunir a socios de todos los pa\u00edses de la red para desarrollar sus conocimientos sobre el marco de la pol\u00edtica europea de juventud, la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes y los proyectos de democracia. Su objetivo era explorar c\u00f3mo la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en la creaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas ambientales locales contribuye a la construcci\u00f3n de democracias locales m\u00e1s fuertes, m\u00e1s sostenibles y m\u00e1s pac\u00edficas. Adem\u00e1s, el PBA alent\u00f3 el intercambio de conocimientos, experiencia y buenas pr\u00e1cticas de trabajo juvenil a nivel local, con un enfoque en la construcci\u00f3n de asociaciones fruct\u00edferas y duraderas. El objetivo final era desarrollar nuevos proyectos en el marco de los programas europeos existentes que pudieran aplicarse en los pr\u00f3ximos plazos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los participantes profundizaron en el marco del apoyo prestado en el marco del programa Erasmus+, examinando sus prioridades y acciones clave como herramientas para apoyar sus ideas de proyectos. Trabajaron en la cartograf\u00eda de los principales retos medioambientales en sus comunidades locales y en la creaci\u00f3n de asociaciones sostenibles para abordar estos retos con el apoyo del programa Erasmus+. Adem\u00e1s, entablaron un di\u00e1logo productivo con Tha\u00efs Leray, jefe de equipo para la juventud en la unidad a cargo de Juventud, Educaci\u00f3n y Cultura de la DG de Asociaciones Internacionales de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea, que a\u00f1adi\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n valiosa a nuestro evento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El PBA se llev\u00f3 a cabo en la Universidad de Juventud y Desarrollo, que reuni\u00f3 a 240 participantes de 70 nacionalidades para participar en 9 actividades que ocurrieron simult\u00e1neamente, con un enfoque central en el tema:<em><strong> \u00abJ\u00f3venes, paz y cambio clim\u00e1tico\u00bb<\/strong><\/em>. Los participantes tuvieron la oportunidad de establecer contactos, compartir y reflexionar con los participantes de otras actividades en la UYD durante una serie de sesiones plenarias como parte del Programa Conjunto.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Puede descubrir el sitio web dedicado a la UYD <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coe.int\/en\/web\/north-south-centre\/university-on-youth-and-development-2023?fbclid=IwAR0HRDAusAW5aSPnlgB9oGo98BRGQTdGDEPIfPhoGOImx4kRtprU0yb5MgQ\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El PBA fue organizado por la Red DYPALL con el apoyo de la <strong>Programa Erasmus+<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s del <strong>Agencia Nacional de Portugal<\/strong>. El UYD 2023 es un evento juvenil internacional que forma parte del <strong>iLEGEND III Programa conjunto<\/strong> cofinanciado por el <strong>Uni\u00f3n Europea<\/strong> y el <strong>Consejo de Europa<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a
