style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ADYNE Pa\u00edses Bajos<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tuvo lugar del 15 al 20 de mayo de 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La visita de estudio forma parte del marco del proyecto <em><strong>\u00abImpulsar la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en la toma de decisiones a nivel local 3\u00bb<\/strong><\/em>, cuyo objetivo es visitar, analizar, experimentar y explorar pr\u00e1cticas de participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en los procesos de toma de decisiones, prestando especial atenci\u00f3n a la inclusi\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes marginados, como los j\u00f3venes migrantes y los j\u00f3venes de origen migrante, y especialmente compartir pr\u00e1cticas que ya se est\u00e1n aplicando para adaptarlas a la propia realidad y reforzar los programas existentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la semana, 26 trabajadores juveniles de organizaciones de la sociedad civil y funcionarios municipales procedentes de Finlandia, Italia, Letonia, Pa\u00edses Bajos, Macedonia del Norte, Polonia, Portugal, Ruman\u00eda, Espa\u00f1a, Suecia y Turqu\u00eda tuvieron la oportunidad de trabajar juntos y observar proyectos espec\u00edficos sobre la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes migrantes en los procesos de toma de decisiones a nivel local.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante las sesiones, reflexionaron sobre la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en la toma de decisiones a nivel local, compartieron sus propias realidades y discutieron los desaf\u00edos y oportunidades del trabajo juvenil en sus contextos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los participantes tambi\u00e9n tuvieron la oportunidad de visitar las realidades locales relacionadas con el empoderamiento de los j\u00f3venes, como: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.popei.nl\/nld\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Popei<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dynamo-eindhoven.nl\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Centro Juvenil Dynamo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, y hablar directamente con los j\u00f3venes en el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Jong040Eindhoven\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jong040<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, el Consejo de la Juventud del municipio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la parte final del programa, se pidi\u00f3 a los participantes que presentaran su trabajo a nivel local de manera creativa y que redactaran algunas acciones para el futuro, desarrollando estrategias locales y un plan de acci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <strong>objetivos principales<\/strong> fueron:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Explorar, experimentar y comprender los desaf\u00edos espec\u00edficos en la participaci\u00f3n juvenil para los j\u00f3venes migrantes y los j\u00f3venes de origen migrante;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Visitar ejemplos de buenas pr\u00e1cticas basadas en la interacci\u00f3n con las organizaciones del proyecto y filtrar elementos para transferirlos a la propia realidad;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d) Ofrecer posibilidades de establecer asociaciones a largo plazo entre organizaciones activas en la esfera de la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes a nivel local para futuros proyectos;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crear una colecci\u00f3n de mejores pr\u00e1cticas de participaci\u00f3n de la juventud para j\u00f3venes migrantes y j\u00f3venes de origen migrante.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La visita de estudio es la segunda de las dos actividades del<em><strong>Impulsar la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes a nivel local 3<\/strong><\/em>\u00abproyecto, tras la visita de estudio a Vila Nova de Gaia (Portugal) que tuvo lugar en noviembre de 2022. La actividad fue organizada por la Red DYPALL en cooperaci\u00f3n con <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adynenetherlands.nl\/\">ADYNE Pa\u00edses Bajos<\/a>, financiado por la Agencia Nacional neerlandesa del programa Erasmus +.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
