\u00a0 Los d\u00edas 19 y 20 de septiembre de 2022, la Red Europea de Centros Creativos acogi\u00f3 y organiz\u00f3 la segunda reuni\u00f3n transnacional de socios del proyecto \u00abCHLaYdoscope \u2013 Creative Hub Leaders developing community-based youth leadership\u00bb en Atenas (Grecia).<\/span><\/p>\n

Durante esta reuni\u00f3n, DYPALL Network tuvo la oportunidad de presentar los resultados del proceso participativo que involucr\u00f3 a j\u00f3venes, l\u00edderes juveniles, trabajadores juveniles y gerentes de centros comunitarios de 5 pa\u00edses para dise\u00f1ar el primer resultado del proyecto (PR1), un perfil de competencias para l\u00edderes comunitarios juveniles.<\/span><\/p>\n

Para PR1, DYPALL Network realiz\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n para sentar las bases para desarrollar la metodolog\u00eda del perfil de competencia y explor\u00f3 el concepto de liderazgo juvenil. La creaci\u00f3n del grupo asesor garantiz\u00f3 un buen entendimiento entre los socios, retroalimentaci\u00f3n frecuente y recomendaciones a lo largo del desarrollo de PR1. Despu\u00e9s de realizar la investigaci\u00f3n documental y recopilar las competencias m\u00e1s importantes compuestas por conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes, la encuesta se difundi\u00f3 entre los socios para comprender mejor la importancia de las competencias relevantes. Tras el cierre de la encuesta, los socios organizaron grupos focales para analizar los resultados de la encuesta y desarrollar el perfil de los l\u00edderes de la comunidad juvenil. DYPALL Network lider\u00f3 el proceso de comparaci\u00f3n de los resultados de la encuesta y los grupos focales, despu\u00e9s de lo cual se realiz\u00f3 el perfil final de 9 categor\u00edas de competencias para un joven l\u00edder comunitario.<\/span><\/p>\n

El perfil ser\u00e1 la base para el Paquete de Capacitaci\u00f3n para L\u00edderes Comunitarios Juveniles, el segundo resultado del proyecto Chlaydoscope. Durante nuestra reuni\u00f3n en Atenas, los socios iniciaron el proceso de mapeo de metodolog\u00edas y herramientas necesarias para desarrollar la Formaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

El proyecto est\u00e1 liderado por <\/span>Materahub<\/span><\/a> (Italia) en cooperaci\u00f3n con la red DYPALL, <\/span>Generazione Lucana<\/span><\/a> (Italia), <\/span>Centro de Almac\u00e9n<\/span><\/a> (Italia), <\/span>ECHN<\/span><\/a> (Grecia), <\/span>PiNA<\/span><\/a> (Eslovenia) y <\/span>el Artista y los Otros<\/span><\/a> (Pa\u00edses Bajos). Est\u00e1 financiado por la Uni\u00f3n Europea en el marco del programa Erasmus+: Asociaciones de cooperaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1mbito de la juventud con el apoyo de la agencia nacional italiana.<\/span><\/p>\n
