La actividad tuvo lugar en el Centro Europeo de la Juventud de Estrasburgo (Francia) entre el 24 y el 29 de abril de 2022, y reuni\u00f3 a veinticinco l\u00edderes juveniles de veintid\u00f3s pa\u00edses diferentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El objetivo de la sesi\u00f3n de estudio era proporcionar un espacio de aprendizaje para involucrar y equipar a los delegados juveniles, trabajadores juveniles, representantes de consejos juveniles locales y estructuras de participaci\u00f3n similares con conocimientos pr\u00e1cticos y habilidades para fomentar la participaci\u00f3n significativa de los j\u00f3venes a nivel local en toda Europa. Durante esta sesi\u00f3n de estudio, los participantes pudieron compartir las oportunidades y amenazas de la pandemia de COVID-19 en el \u00e1mbito de la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes y examinar las buenas pr\u00e1cticas y herramientas existentes para fomentar su participaci\u00f3n a nivel local. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoy compartimos el Informe de la sesi\u00f3n de estudio <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/u.pcloud.link\/publink\/show?code=XZwlNhVZ58B5C5FmHK0CWPwFjFELLp4br4GX\"><b>\u00ab<\/b><b><i>Subir la escalera: capacitar a los l\u00edderes juveniles para facilitar la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en el proceso de toma de decisiones a nivel local<\/i><\/b><b>\u201d<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que ofrece al lector una visi\u00f3n general de los desarrollos de la sesi\u00f3n y ayuda a comprender las conclusiones y experiencias compartidas por los participantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El informe presenta las diferentes partes del per\u00edodo de sesiones, tales como:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">motivaci\u00f3n, objetivos, programa, perfil de los participantes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">proceso de aprendizaje moldeado por las expectativas de los participantes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">teor\u00edas y metodolog\u00edas aplicadas, como el modelo de RMSOS relacionado con la COVID-19, el an\u00e1lisis de los roles clave en el \u00e1mbito de la juventud, la escalera de la participaci\u00f3n juvenil y el ciclo de promoci\u00f3n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">actividades espec\u00edficas para desarrollar una estrategia de divulgaci\u00f3n, creaci\u00f3n de redes y posibles oportunidades de seguimiento;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">evaluaci\u00f3n concluyente con la visi\u00f3n de los participantes y los resultados de la sesi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/es\/2022\/09\/26\/report-from-the-study-session-climbing-the-ladder-capaciting-youth-leaders-to-facilitate-youth-participation-in-the-decision-making-processes-at-a-local-level\/c2ce093d-8e2e-443e-8164-a3e3013c47f8\/#main\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5943\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5943\" src=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/c2ce093d-8e2e-443e-8164-a3e3013c47f8.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1066\" \/><\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Red DYPALL y la Asamblea de las Regiones de Europa, en cooperaci\u00f3n con el Departamento de Juventud del Consejo de Europa, organizaron una sesi\u00f3n de estudio titulada \u00abClimbing the ladder \u2013 Capacitating youth leaders to facilitate youth participation in the decision-making process at the local level\u00bb (Subir la escalera: capacitar a los l\u00edderes juveniles para facilitar la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en el proceso de toma de decisiones a nivel local).
