Ambos eventos <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se llevaron a cabo sobre la base de m\u00e9todos de educaci\u00f3n no formal y se busc\u00f3 equilibrar los momentos de autorreflexi\u00f3n, las actividades grupales, el intercambio de experiencias y las nociones te\u00f3ricas fundamentales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre el 5 y el 7, 12 trabajadores juveniles estuvieron juntos en <\/span><b>Logro\u00f1o<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>Espa\u00f1a<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">entender el concepto de <\/span><b>SIP<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; <\/span><b>Proyecto de Impacto Social<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y el enfoque de coproducci\u00f3n;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reflexionar sobre el proceso de facilitaci\u00f3n de un SIP, el papel del facilitador, as\u00ed como las competencias que necesita poseer o desarrollar; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aprender a fomentar la participaci\u00f3n y el empoderamiento de los j\u00f3venes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Del 24 al 28, 18 j\u00f3venes, seguidos por 6 jefes de equipo de cada organizaci\u00f3n asociada, se reunieron en <\/span><b>Ovar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>Portugal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Los objetivos de esta actividad fueron:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">facilitar y apoyar el desarrollo de una mentalidad de liderazgo;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">comprender el papel del l\u00edder juvenil y c\u00f3mo facilitar el intercambio entre pares <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">colaboraci\u00f3n;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">adquirir los conocimientos pr\u00e1cticos y las capacidades necesarios sobre c\u00f3mo aplicar los PIE;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">proporcionar orientaci\u00f3n y recursos \u00aben los dedos\u00bb de los l\u00edderes juveniles para <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">apoyar a otros j\u00f3venes como iguales como independientes, para que se desarrollen mutuamente <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">apoyar y reforzar los mecanismos.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En ambos momentos, <\/span><em><b>TPM \u2013 Reuniones transnacionales de proyectos<\/b><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se organizaron para preparar los siguientes pasos y recabar comentarios de los grupos para la OI \u2013 Resultados intelectuales 2 y 3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un consorcio de 6 organizaciones est\u00e1 implementando <strong>RISIV<\/strong> proyecto:<\/span> <a href=\"http:\/\/eurocircle.fr\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eurocircle \u2013 Europe Direct<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Francia), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rinova.co.uk\/?fbclid=IwAR14E9Byv6AGNeV0qDdGUnqaHuVFdgzwaFsrDU50mGNieDeVS84-86r6Vio\">Rinova Londres<\/a> (Reino Unido), <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.neo-sapiens.com\/?fbclid=IwAR0jceOGxOUw5FzhJqn1B7T372sv5qM3lCk4VPUfaADmhbdmvjEli_sSqME\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neo<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Sapiens<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Espa\u00f1a),<\/span> <a
