La reuni\u00f3n de lanzamiento de las \u00abCiudades de Bienvenida: El proyecto \u00abMejorar la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes migrantes a nivel local\u00bb se llev\u00f3 a cabo en Colonia (Alemania) el 12 de mayo. Fue una oportunidad para conocerse, organizar el trabajo administrativo y planificar el proceso de investigaci\u00f3n, que liderar\u00e1 el desarrollo del proyecto en los pr\u00f3ximos meses.<\/p>\n

\u00abCiudades de acogida \u2013 Mejorar la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes migrantes a nivel local\u00bb es el proyecto de acci\u00f3n clave 2 entre Migrafrica (Alemania), DYPALL Network, Fundaci\u00f3 Catalunya Volunt\u00e0ria (Espa\u00f1a) y Citizen Association United Youth (Macedonia del Norte), cuyo objetivo es mejorar las condiciones, la integraci\u00f3n general y la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes migrantes y j\u00f3venes de origen migrante en sus comunidades locales compartiendo buenas pr\u00e1cticas y ejemplos de integraci\u00f3n y tratando colectivamente de encontrar mejores soluciones junto con y para este grupo objetivo.<\/p>\n

Este proyecto permitir\u00e1 a los municipios de los pa\u00edses socios intercambiar mejores pr\u00e1cticas y modelos procedentes del sur, el norte y el este de Europa, y recopilar experiencias y formas integradas para facilitar y apoyar la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes migrantes y los j\u00f3venes de origen migrante y facilitar as\u00ed su integraci\u00f3n en la sociedad. Su objetivo es aliviar algunos de los desaf\u00edos a los que se enfrentan los municipios a la hora de integrar la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes migrantes, como las barreras estructurales y sociales. Los socios del proyecto consideran que las necesidades espec\u00edficas de los grupos destinatarios con respecto a la participaci\u00f3n c\u00edvica y pol\u00edtica se encuentran entre las grietas de las pol\u00edticas existentes de juventud e inclusi\u00f3n. Este proyecto tambi\u00e9n permitir\u00e1 a las autoridades locales y a los trabajadores en el \u00e1mbito de la juventud evitar la \u00abtokenizaci\u00f3n\u00bb de los j\u00f3venes migrantes, garantizando que su inclusi\u00f3n en la participaci\u00f3n sea significativa, lo que es un requisito para su plena integraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
