Esta iniciativa nacional tiene como objetivo entregar la gesti\u00f3n de una participaci\u00f3n del presupuesto anual del Estado a las manos de los j\u00f3venes, para que puedan contribuir, mediante sus proyectos, a la buena gobernanza y la consolidaci\u00f3n democr\u00e1tica. Como ha declarado el ministro de Educaci\u00f3n, Tiago Brand\u00e3o Rodrigues, esta iniciativa tiene por objeto dar m\u00e1s voz a \u00ab<i>la juventud como actores pol\u00edticos estrat\u00e9gicos para el desarrollo del pa\u00eds<\/i>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El YPB 2017 es parte de una estrategia m\u00e1s amplia que incluye iniciativas similares, por ejemplo, el Presupuesto Participativo Escolar y el Presupuesto Participativo Municipal. Para el YPB 2017, se dispondr\u00e1 de 300 000 euros para proyectos que se desarrollar\u00e1n en los \u00e1mbitos de <i>Deportes Inclusivos<\/i>, <i>Educaci\u00f3n para las Ciencias<\/i>, <i>Innovaci\u00f3n social <\/i>y <i>Sostenibilidad medioambiental<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>DYPALL estuvo representado en la sesi\u00f3n de inauguraci\u00f3n, junto con los Ministros y el Secretario de Estado de Educaci\u00f3n y Cultura, miembros del Parlamento Nacional y representantes de Municipios y varias Organizaciones Juveniles, incluido el Presidente del Consejo Nacional de la Juventud de Portugal, Hugo Carvalho.<\/p>\n<p>Presentado a la audiencia por el Secretario de Estado de Juventud y Deportes, Jo\u00e3o Paulo Rebelo, el YPB 2017 compromete la siguiente definici\u00f3n y agenda:<\/p>\n<p><b>_ \u00bfQu\u00e9 es el YPB 2017? <\/b>Proceso de participaci\u00f3n democr\u00e1tica mediante el cual la comunidad juvenil est\u00e1 llamada a gestionar la ejecuci\u00f3n de una participaci\u00f3n en el presupuesto anual del Estado;<\/p>\n<p><b>_ \u00bfQui\u00e9n puede aplicar? <\/b>J\u00f3venes y no ciudadanos con permiso de residencia en Portugal, con edades comprendidas entre 14 y 30 a\u00f1os;<\/p>\n<p><b>_ \u00c1reas: <\/b>Deportes Inclusivos, Educaci\u00f3n para las Ciencias, Innovaci\u00f3n Social y Sostenibilidad Ambiental;<\/p>\n<p><b>_ Criterios: <\/b>el proyecto no puede referirse a la construcci\u00f3n de infraestructuras; debe ser t\u00e9cnicamente viable; no puede contrarrestar ninguna pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica prevista o en curso; debe implicar al menos a dos municipios.<\/p>\n<p><b>_ Plazos:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0<em>19 de octubre de 2017<\/em> \u2013 Presentaci\u00f3n de solicitudes;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0<em>30 de octubre - 26 de noviembre<\/em> \u2013 Evaluaci\u00f3n de las solicitudes;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0<em>27 de noviembre \u2013 Proceso de votaci\u00f3n<\/em> (por sms o a trav\u00e9s del sitio web);<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0<em>26 de diciembre<\/em> \u2013 Anuncio de los resultados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Las solicitudes pueden presentarse personalmente en cada Direcci\u00f3n Regional del Instituto Portugu\u00eas do Desporto e da Juventude, o a trav\u00e9s del sitio web de la iniciativa: www.opjovem.gov.pt.<\/p>\n<p>En el momento del discurso de clausura, se anunci\u00f3 que ya se hab\u00edan presentado 5 propuestas a trav\u00e9s del sitio web de YPB 2017.<\/p>\n<h5><a href=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/es\/2017\/10\/06\/youth-participative-budget-2017\/opj2017\/#main\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2583\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2583\" src=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/OPJ2017.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"3264\" height=\"2448\" \/><\/a><\/h5>\n<hr \/>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: left;\">El Ministro de Educaci\u00f3n se dirigi\u00f3 al panel compuesto por distinguidos representantes de los \u00e1mbitos cubiertos por el YPB 2017.
