{"id":5474,"date":"2022-04-08T14:42:09","date_gmt":"2022-04-08T13:42:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=5474"},"modified":"2022-04-08T14:42:09","modified_gmt":"2022-04-08T13:42:09","slug":"youth-takes-the-floor-a-training-course-on-how-to-increase-youth-participation-in-decision-making","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/es\/training-course\/youth-takes-the-floor-a-training-course-on-how-to-increase-youth-participation-in-decision-making\/","title":{"rendered":"LA JUVENTUD TOMA EL PISO: UN CURSO DE FORMACI\u00d3N SOBRE C\u00d3MO AUMENTAR LA PARTICIPACI\u00d3N DE LOS J\u00d3VENES EN LA TOMA DE DECISIONES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La juventud toma la palabra: un curso de formaci\u00f3n sobre c\u00f3mo aumentar la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en la toma de decisiones <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fue organizado por DYPALL Network del 20 al 26 de marzo de 2022 en Braga (Portugal).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u00edderes juveniles, trabajadores juveniles y funcionarios municipales responsables de la juventud de 13 pa\u00edses del Consejo de Europa <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pudieron participar activamente en el espacio compartido para comprender mejor el papel de los j\u00f3venes l\u00edderes en nuestras democracias y mejorar los procesos de toma de decisiones a nivel local<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Los participantes desarrollaron competencias para crear y apoyar estructuras e instrumentos de participaci\u00f3n juvenil que permitan a los j\u00f3venes influir y participar en el dise\u00f1o de las pol\u00edticas locales de juventud.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la formaci\u00f3n, los participantes visitaron <a href=\"https:\/\/www.centrojuventudebraga.pt\/centre\/about\">Centro Juvenil de Braga<\/a>, que pretende ser un <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">normas de referencia de alta calidad para el trabajo con j\u00f3venes. Tambi\u00e9n obtuvieron algunas ideas sobre la organizaci\u00f3n del primer encuentro nacional de Consejos Juveniles Locales en Portugal, dirigido por los municipios de Braga y Oporto.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, los participantes aprendieron m\u00e1s sobre la financiaci\u00f3n de sus proyectos a trav\u00e9s de fondos como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coe.int\/en\/web\/european-youth-foundation\">Fundaci\u00f3n Europea de la Juventud<\/a>. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La formaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n contribuy\u00f3 a una mejor comprensi\u00f3n de los trabajadores en el \u00e1mbito de la juventud sobre c\u00f3mo desarrollar su trabajo en estructuras participativas juveniles a nivel local mediante la integraci\u00f3n y la exploraci\u00f3n de plataformas digitales como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/democracyreloading\/\">Kit de herramientas para la recarga de la democracia<\/a> o<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europegoeslocal.eu\/changemakerskit\/\"> El kit Changemakers<\/a>, desarrollado por Europe Goes Local,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que pueden mejorar la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El curso de formaci\u00f3n fue cofinanciado por la Fundaci\u00f3n Europea de la Juventud del Consejo de Europa y organizado con el apoyo del municipio de Braga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a
