{"id":5428,"date":"2022-04-08T14:27:21","date_gmt":"2022-04-08T13:27:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=5428"},"modified":"2022-04-08T14:27:21","modified_gmt":"2022-04-08T13:27:21","slug":"international-conference-building-resilient-communities-youth-work-at-municipality-level-during-covid-19-times","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/es\/conference\/international-conference-building-resilient-communities-youth-work-at-municipality-level-during-covid-19-times\/","title":{"rendered":"CONFERENCIA INTERNACIONAL \u00abCONSTRUIR COMUNIDADES RESILIENTES \u2013 TRABAJO DE LA JUVENTUD A NIVEL MUNICIPAL DURANTE LOS TIEMPOS DE COVID-19\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Red DYPALL organiz\u00f3, del 21 al 26 de marzo de 2022, en Braga (Portugal), una conferencia internacional titulada \u00abConstruir comunidades resilientes: trabajo juvenil a nivel municipal durante la pandemia de COVID-19\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Conferencia fue un espacio para que m\u00e1s de setenta trabajadores en el \u00e1mbito de la juventud y funcionarios p\u00fablicos de los entes locales y regionales se reunieran y se centraran en diferentes \u00e1mbitos relacionados con la juventud, como la participaci\u00f3n, el empleo, la educaci\u00f3n, la salud, la vivienda, entre otros, prestando especial atenci\u00f3n a medidas espec\u00edficas, pr\u00e1cticas sostenibles y herramientas que promuevan comunidades resilientes, preparadas para hacer frente a circunstancias extraordinarias como la pandemia de COVID-19. El programa de la Conferencia incluy\u00f3 una variedad de oradores principales, intercambios de mejores pr\u00e1cticas, mesas redondas tem\u00e1ticas y grupos de trabajo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la apertura de la Conferencia, tuvimos la contribuci\u00f3n de Ricardo Rio, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cm-braga.pt\/en\/0101\/municipio\/camara-municipal\/presidente\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mayer de Braga<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Bruno Ant\u00f3nio, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/es\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Red DYPALL<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> coordinadora, Carla Mouro, presidenta ejecutiva de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fjuventude.pt\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fundaci\u00f3n de la Juventud<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y Rui Oliveira, el presidente de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnj.pt\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consejo Nacional de la Juventud de Portugal.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los discursos de apertura fueron seguidos por el punto de vista de un analista de pol\u00edticas de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OCDE<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, y la mesa redonda con un investigador y un analista de pol\u00edticas de juventud de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/pjp-eu.coe.int\/en\/web\/youth-partnership\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asociaci\u00f3n UE-CoE para la Juventud<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y un miembro del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ipdj.gov.pt\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instituto Portugu\u00e9s de Juventud y Deportes<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la Conferencia, los participantes participaron en varios grupos de trabajo tem\u00e1ticos sobre la mitigaci\u00f3n de los impactos de la pandemia de COVID-19, mesas redondas y talleres sobre el trabajo en el \u00e1mbito de la juventud en la construcci\u00f3n de comunidades resilientes dirigidos por representantes de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/democracyreloading\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recarga de la democracia<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ipdj.gov.pt\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instituto Portugu\u00e9s de Juventud y Deportes<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europegoeslocal.eu\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Europa se hace local<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Tuvimos la oportunidad de escuchar a los oradores principales de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.salto-youth.net\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SALTO<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.verke.org\/en\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verke<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sobre e-Participaci\u00f3n y Transformaci\u00f3n Digital y ampliar nuestro conocimiento a trav\u00e9s de grupos de exploraci\u00f3n sobre herramientas y recursos para las nuevas tendencias en el trabajo juvenil y la transformaci\u00f3n digital liderados por representantes de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.salto-youth.net\/rc\/participation\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SALTO-YOUTH Participaci\u00f3n &amp; Informaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europiamo.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Europiamo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Una diversidad de m\u00e9todos que incluyen discusiones de grupos focales, lluvia de ideas y ejercicios de aprendizaje experiencial se utilizaron en las sesiones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los participantes tambi\u00e9n exploraron las realidades locales del trabajo juvenil en Vila Nova de Gaia y Vila Nova de Famalic\u00e3o y tuvieron una visita cultural al centro de la ciudad de Braga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el \u00faltimo d\u00eda de la Conferencia, abordamos la sostenibilidad en el trabajo en el \u00e1mbito de la juventud. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.humanpowerhub.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hub de Poder Humano<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> hace una presentaci\u00f3n sobre la innovaci\u00f3n social, seguida de una mesa redonda sobre la creaci\u00f3n de sostenibilidad mediante el aprendizaje de las pr\u00e1cticas de las Capitales Europeas de la Juventud. Tambi\u00e9n discutimos el impacto del trabajo juvenil y su conexi\u00f3n con el cambio clim\u00e1tico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A lo largo del acto, los participantes tuvieron la oportunidad de crear una red s\u00f3lida mediante el intercambio de mejores pr\u00e1cticas en t\u00e9rminos de cooperaci\u00f3n entre las autoridades locales y la sociedad civil, prestando especial atenci\u00f3n a las estrategias para reducir el impacto de la pandemia en la vida de los j\u00f3venes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Conferencia se organiz\u00f3 con el apoyo del programa Erasmus+ a trav\u00e9s de la Agencia Nacional Portuguesa y del municipio de Braga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a
