Aprovechar la innovaci\u00f3n digital para la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes a nivel local\u00bb, organizado por la Red DYPALL en cooperaci\u00f3n con el Departamento de Juventud del Consejo de Europa en el Centro Europeo de la Juventud en Estrasburgo entre el 27 de septiembre y el 3 de octubre de 2020. El informe est\u00e1 disponible <a href=\"https:\/\/u.pcloud.link\/publink\/show?code=XZ2UMhXZ8kDMuwMEKXRXC54rXJ1IjbO6WQLy\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Esta vez se ha prestado mucha m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n a la dimensi\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica de la participaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica de los j\u00f3venes. El formato de la sesi\u00f3n de estudio nos permiti\u00f3 invitar a 3 expertos y profesores externos:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Eva Henkens<\/strong> desde <a href=\"https:\/\/l.facebook.com\/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.treecompany.be%2F%3Ffbclid%3DIwAR3q5-ynw2EtlIeUQe6amis8s-0l39ElecJimM_sDdlhgzGIBHK3YODlGao&amp;h=AT2MCX6CsKrDFW7ivtE1kffLaLwHuhVS0gUNQlkaGWxS-m9UUfogVK5LvMN41CbA2gJkbwfR3KNX5h44vaSwshdREBXjbAVzUKwRbZJjthEXUIw-JclLEUnSC_Ajc3MoQlme4Q\">Compa\u00f1\u00eda de \u00c1rboles<\/a> (B\u00e9lgica) dirigi\u00f3 talleres pr\u00e1cticos sobre la planificaci\u00f3n de un proceso de participaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica exitoso, presentando su metodolog\u00eda, herramientas y buenas pr\u00e1cticas en el campo<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Alexandra Chandran, de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citizenlab.co\/?utm_source=citizenlabcom&amp;utm_medium=redirect&amp;utm_campaign=brand\">CitizenLab<\/a> facilit\u00f3 una simulaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica en su plataforma de gobernanza electr\u00f3nica, probablemente el software m\u00e1s desarrollado y complejo disponible en Europa<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Eva Shepherd, de <a href=\"https:\/\/nexusinstitut.de\/ueber-uns\/\">nexo Institut for Cooperation Management and Interdisciplinary Research<\/a> (Alemania) nos present\u00f3 su proyecto \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/digy-project.eu\/about-us\/\">DIGY \u2013 Facilitar la participaci\u00f3n digital de los j\u00f3venes<\/a>\u201d y nos permiti\u00f3 practicar la creaci\u00f3n de proyectos y la ideaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la <a href=\"https:\/\/opin.me\/\">OPIN<\/a> plataforma: una herramienta gratuita de participaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica dise\u00f1ada para los j\u00f3venes.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, los participantes tuvieron la oportunidad de debatir y comparar las cuestiones esenciales de la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes y la participaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica, como el acceso, la comunicaci\u00f3n, los desaf\u00edos o las amenazas. estudiaron e intercambiaron buenas pr\u00e1cticas de participaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica de los j\u00f3venes e idearon 10 principios de uso de la participaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica de los j\u00f3venes. Con el objetivo de crear estrategias e ideas de seguimiento exitosas, los participantes aprendieron sobre las oportunidades de financiaci\u00f3n y redactaron ideas de proyectos locales e internacionales, que se implementar\u00e1n en el futuro cercano. Adem\u00e1s, antes, durante y despu\u00e9s de la actividad, los participantes han sido contratados y contactados a trav\u00e9s de un <strong>Discordia<\/strong> canal, que se utiliz\u00f3 para: proporcionar materiales, aprender sobre las expectativas de los participantes, responder a sus preguntas y conocerse antes de la actividad, as\u00ed como proporcionar actualizaciones, talleres, votaci\u00f3n e interacci\u00f3n en un \u00e1mbito digital.<\/p>\n<p>En los pr\u00f3ximos 3 meses, se publicar\u00e1 un informe completo que resume los resultados de la sesi\u00f3n de estudio. Ya el mi\u00e9rcoles, DYPALL Network presentar\u00e1 los resultados de estas 2 sesiones de estudio durante la Meta-Universidad organizada por el Centro Norte-Sur del Consejo de Europa.
