El curso de formaci\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo a partir de 27th<\/sup> Septiembre \u2013 3rd<\/sup> de octubre en Bilbao, Espa\u00f1a, organizado por DYPALL Network en colaboraci\u00f3n con Novisi Elkartea. Trabajadores juveniles y funcionarios municipales de Bulgaria, Croacia, Grecia, Italia, Portugal, Eslovaquia, Espa\u00f1a y Turqu\u00eda exploraron el tema de la cogesti\u00f3n de centros juveniles con j\u00f3venes.<\/p>\n

El curso de Formaci\u00f3n, se bas\u00f3 en metodolog\u00edas de educaci\u00f3n no formal y tuvo como objetivo contribuir al desarrollo profesional de todos los participantes, d\u00e1ndoles la oportunidad de mejorar sus conocimientos, competencias y habilidades sobre los antecedentes te\u00f3ricos de la participaci\u00f3n juvenil. Adem\u00e1s, explorando diferentes modelos y pr\u00e1cticas en la gesti\u00f3n de centros juveniles, los participantes tuvieron acceso a varias metodolog\u00edas que pod\u00edan aplicar seg\u00fan su contexto y objetivo espec\u00edficos.<\/p>\n

Los participantes tuvieron la oportunidad de mejorar sus competencias en la creaci\u00f3n de entornos participativos y estrategias de asentamiento que tienen como objetivo involucrar a los j\u00f3venes en los procesos de co-creaci\u00f3n de centros juveniles. Competencias como la planificaci\u00f3n, la organizaci\u00f3n, la gesti\u00f3n del personal, la direcci\u00f3n o direcci\u00f3n, y la orientaci\u00f3n de un espacio para lograr un objetivo, fueron exploradas y adaptadas a cada contexto con el fin de permitir a los participantes transferir el conocimiento a su propia realidad.<\/p>\n

Otro elemento clave fue la oportunidad para que los participantes compartieran experiencias y desaf\u00edos que enfrentan al administrar espacios juveniles y fomentar la participaci\u00f3n juvenil.<\/p>\n

Este curso de formaci\u00f3n se organiz\u00f3 con el apoyo del programa Erasmus+ a trav\u00e9s de la Agencia Nacional Espa\u00f1ola \u2013 INJUVE.<\/p>\n
