Aprovechar la innovaci\u00f3n digital para la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes a nivel local\u00bb, organizado por la Red DYPALL en cooperaci\u00f3n con el Departamento de Juventud del Consejo de Europa en el Centro Europeo de la Juventud en Estrasburgo entre el 27 de septiembre y el 3 de octubre de 2020.
