El 1 de marzo de 2021 Red DYPALL<\/strong> particip\u00f3 en una reuni\u00f3n inicial en l\u00ednea del proyecto \u00abCrecimiento y acceso para los millennials de Erasmus+<\/strong>\u201d (GAME+) coordinado por el miembro de la red DYPALL Europe4Youth<\/strong> (Polonia) con otros dos socios: Centro de Activismo Juvenil CYA KRIK<\/strong> (Macedonia del Norte) y APS de Bangherang<\/strong> (Italia).<\/p>\n

El proyecto \u00abGAME+\u00bb tiene por objeto crear una herramienta digital innovadora Learnus+ que apoye las actividades creadas por los trabajadores en el \u00e1mbito de la juventud mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n de una capa de gamificaci\u00f3n a los procesos de aprendizaje de los j\u00f3venes. La gamificaci\u00f3n consiste en el uso del dise\u00f1o y la mec\u00e1nica del juego en un contexto no relacionado con el juego, para ofrecer pedagogos innovadores que agreguen elementos atractivos al material educativo y motiven a los trabajadores juveniles a seguir poni\u00e9ndose al d\u00eda con la comunidad de una manera divertida. Este proyecto se centrar\u00e1 en proporcionar apoyo a los trabajadores y organizaciones juveniles cuando est\u00e9n preparando sus actividades regulares y apoyar la participaci\u00f3n digital y el aprendizaje en l\u00ednea de los j\u00f3venes. <\/p>\n

Los objetivos del proyecto son:
\n\u2013 ofrecer una herramienta digital nueva e innovadora basada en el m\u00e9todo de gamificaci\u00f3n;
\n\u2013 mejorar la participaci\u00f3n digital y la inclusi\u00f3n digital de los j\u00f3venes;
\n\u2013 animar y motivar a los j\u00f3venes a utilizar los juegos educativos como herramienta para el aprendizaje en l\u00ednea;
\n\u2013 mejorar las capacidades de los trabajadores en el \u00e1mbito de la juventud, los j\u00f3venes y las organizaciones juveniles a escala europea.<\/p>\n

En la primera fase del proyecto, el consorcio pondr\u00e1 en marcha una amplia investigaci\u00f3n sobre los estudios de casos y las buenas pr\u00e1cticas de la aplicaci\u00f3n de m\u00e9todos de gamificaci\u00f3n por parte de los trabajadores juveniles y las organizaciones juveniles. Sobre la base del an\u00e1lisis de estas pr\u00e1cticas y las recomendaciones de los trabajadores juveniles entrevistados, los socios del proyecto crear\u00e1n una nueva herramienta que ofrece una capa de gamificaci\u00f3n para el trabajo juvenil y los procesos de aprendizaje de los j\u00f3venes. El proyecto incluye un curso de formaci\u00f3n para trabajadores juveniles destinado a desarrollar sus habilidades en la aplicaci\u00f3n de m\u00e9todos y herramientas de gamificaci\u00f3n en el trabajo juvenil y probar la herramienta digital creada dentro del proyecto.<\/p>\n

Los resultados del proyecto, la innovadora herramienta digital Learnus+ y las Directrices para el uso de herramientas de gamificaci\u00f3n en el trabajo en el \u00e1mbito de la juventud, se difundir\u00e1n a trav\u00e9s de una serie de eventos multiplicadores en cuatro pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n

El proyecto est\u00e1 financiado por la Uni\u00f3n Europea en el marco del programa Erasmus+: Asociaci\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica para la Innovaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1mbito de la juventud.<\/p>\n
