DYPALL Network acogi\u00f3 a un grupo de 4 trabajadores juveniles de la organizaci\u00f3n polaca Forum Animator\u00f3w Spo\u0142ecznych, para visitar y explorar pr\u00e1cticas y modelos de presupuestos participativos a nivel nacional, estatal, regional y local, con un enfoque particular en los presupuestos participativos en las escuelas.<\/p>\n<p>Esta visita de estudio ten\u00eda por objeto proporcionar a los trabajadores en el \u00e1mbito de la juventud polacos amplios ejemplos y conocimientos sobre los modelos portugueses de actividades de participaci\u00f3n juvenil, prestando especial atenci\u00f3n a los presupuestos participativos para la juventud y en las escuelas. Durante la visita de estudio, los participantes pudieron explorar una amplia variedad de diferentes modelos de presupuesto participativo. Aprendieron sobre los diferentes niveles de presupuesto participativo, los diferentes enfoques hacia su establecimiento y los posibles problemas que pueden ocurrir dentro del proceso. <\/p>\n<p>El 2 de diciembre, por la ma\u00f1ana, los participantes recibieron la presentaci\u00f3n sobre el programa de la visita de estudio, informaci\u00f3n sobre la Red DYPALL, las iniciativas juveniles en el Centro Juvenil de Lisboa y el Instituto Portugu\u00e9s de Deportes y Juventud (IPDJ). Por la tarde, aprendieron sobre el Presupuesto Participativo en todo el mundo, incluyendo su origen, niveles, grupos focales, tendencias, estad\u00edsticas b\u00e1sicas y soluciones legales.<\/p>\n<p>El segundo d\u00eda de la visita de estudio fue en Cascais, la Capital Europea de la Juventud de 2018. Los representantes municipales presentaron el proceso de establecimiento de presupuestos participativos, tanto generales como dedicados a la juventud. El programa de la jornada se complet\u00f3 con una visita a Cascais Jovem (Departamento de Juventud de Cascais), que es responsable de la aplicaci\u00f3n de las pol\u00edticas municipales en materia de juventud.                                                      <\/p>\n<p>En la ma\u00f1ana del 3 de diciembre, el grupo visit\u00f3 el Ayuntamiento de Lisboa y se reuni\u00f3 con los t\u00e9cnicos responsables de establecer los presupuestos participativos tanto generales como escolares en el municipio de Lisboa. La tarde comenz\u00f3 con presentaciones sobre el presupuesto nacional participativo para la juventud (a cargo del IPDJ) y uno de los proyectos ganadores, \u00abGym4All\u00bb. Le sigui\u00f3 la introducci\u00f3n a 3 modelos diferentes de presupuestos participativos locales para la juventud y la escuela, implementados en la Parroquia de Penha de Fran\u00e7a, el Municipio de Braga y el Municipio de Vila Nova de Gaia. <\/p>\n<p>En el cuarto d\u00eda, el grupo se enter\u00f3 de otro Presupuesto Participativo a nivel parroquial en la Parroquia de Agualva e Mira en Sintra. El presidente de la parroquia explic\u00f3 en detalle el proceso de establecer un presupuesto participativo en las escuelas, las lecciones aprendidas y los resultados a lo largo de los a\u00f1os.<br \/>\nEl \u00faltimo d\u00eda de la visita fue para desarrollar estrategias locales y planes de acci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como explorar oportunidades de seguimiento, evaluar y cerrar la visita.<\/p>\n<p>Este proyecto se compone de dos visitas de estudio, la segunda tendr\u00e1 lugar en Polonia.
