{"id":332,"date":"2024-04-04T13:34:00","date_gmt":"2024-04-04T13:34:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=332"},"modified":"2024-06-04T15:58:37","modified_gmt":"2024-06-04T15:58:37","slug":"job-shadowing-activities-within-the-lycis-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/es\/calls\/job-shadowing-activities-within-the-lycis-project\/","title":{"rendered":"Actividades de seguimiento del empleo en el marco del proyecto LYCIS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En el marco del proyecto&nbsp;<em><strong>\u00abConsejos locales de la juventud a escala internacional\u00bb<\/strong><\/em>, los socios del proyecto organizaron varias&nbsp;<strong>actividades de observaci\u00f3n de puestos de trabajo<\/strong>&nbsp;para los trabajadores en el \u00e1mbito de la juventud que participan en consejos locales de la juventud. Seis participantes de los pa\u00edses socios del proyecto participaron en un programa de seguimiento de empleo de 14 d\u00edas entre febrero y marzo de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas actividades ten\u00edan por objeto permitir intercambios bilaterales de trabajadores en el \u00e1mbito de la juventud que ayuden a desarrollar sus capacidades de apoyo&nbsp;<strong>Consejos locales de la juventud.<\/strong>&nbsp;En las actividades de seguimiento del empleo participaron seis participantes que se trasladaron a otro pa\u00eds socio del proyecto, donde aprendieron de primera mano las mejores pr\u00e1cticas para establecer y mantener un Consejo Local de la Juventud de calidad y hacerlo m\u00e1s inclusivo, aumentar el alcance de los j\u00f3venes y garantizar o mejorar la cooperaci\u00f3n entre el Consejo Local de la Juventud y las autoridades locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Italia y Marruecos participaron en un intercambio bilateral, lo que significa que un participante de Italia fue a un trabajo de observaci\u00f3n en Marruecos, y un participante de Marruecos fue a Italia. El segundo par para el intercambio bilateral fue T\u00fanez y Macedonia del Norte, lo que significa que un participante de T\u00fanez fue a un trabajo de observaci\u00f3n en Macedonia del Norte, y un participante de Macedonia del Norte fue a T\u00fanez. Finalmente, Portugal y Palestina tambi\u00e9n participaron en intercambios bilaterales, pero debido a la dif\u00edcil situaci\u00f3n y las condiciones inseguras en Palestina, en lugar de enviar a un participante de Portugal a Palestina, dos participantes de Palestina fueron recibidos en Portugal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante las actividades de seguimiento laboral, los participantes se involucraron en momentos creativos para comprender c\u00f3mo establecer o mejorar sus Consejos Juveniles Locales y c\u00f3mo hacerlos m\u00e1s inclusivos, asegurando que realmente representen a grupos diversos de j\u00f3venes y que realmente impacten en la formulaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas a nivel municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>\u00abConsejos locales de la juventud a escala internacional (LYCIS)\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0El proyecto est\u00e1 coordinado por DYPALL Network en asociaci\u00f3n con\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.europiamo.org\/\">Europiamo ETS<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0(Italia),\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/youthonboard.com.mk\/\">Juventud a bordo<\/a>\u00a0(Macedonia del Norte),\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ysfi.ps\/En\/index.php\/en\/\">Instituto del Foro Estudiantil<\/a>\u00a0(Palestina),\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/fjmtm\">Foro de J\u00f3venes Marroqu\u00edes para el Tercer Milenio<\/a>\u00a0(Marruecos),\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Fhird.tn\/\">Instituto Farhat Hached para Investigaci\u00f3n y Democracia<\/a>\u00a0(T\u00fanez). Est\u00e1 financiado en el marco del programa Erasmus+ de desarrollo de capacidades en el \u00e1mbito de la juventud por la Agencia Ejecutiva Europea de Educaci\u00f3n y
