La formaci\u00f3n reuni\u00f3 a 23 participantes de Dinamarca, Portugal, Italia, Macedonia, Polonia, Eslovenia, Eslovaquia, Lituania y Hungr\u00eda para explorar el estado del arte de la participaci\u00f3n juvenil en Europa en lo que respecta a las estructuras, instrumentos y mecanismos de participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes. La CT tambi\u00e9n aport\u00f3 ideas y experiencias sobre c\u00f3mo desarrollar la participaci\u00f3n sostenible e inclusiva de los j\u00f3venes en los procesos de toma de decisiones mediante la participaci\u00f3n de diferentes partes interesadas. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La CT \u00abLa juventud toma la palabra\u00bb establece como objetivo general desarrollar estructuras e instrumentos de participaci\u00f3n juvenil que permitan a los j\u00f3venes participar como agentes activos en el dise\u00f1o de soluciones para los retos de sus comunidades locales y, al mismo tiempo, que permitan a los entes locales y regionales abordar m\u00e1s de cerca las necesidades e intereses de los j\u00f3venes. Al final de la CT, los participantes podr\u00edan desarrollar planes de acci\u00f3n y estrategias locales para fortalecer la participaci\u00f3n juvenil en sus diferentes contextos y comunidades y un conocimiento profundo sobre c\u00f3mo crear y ejecutar de manera sostenible estructuras para la participaci\u00f3n juvenil. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante el curso de capacitaci\u00f3n, los participantes tuvieron la oportunidad de visitar el municipio de Fund\u00e3o y participaron en interesantes discusiones sobre c\u00f3mo es un consejo juvenil local ideal.
