DYPALL es un socio orgulloso de Welcomeship, un proyecto que tiene como objetivo cerrar la brecha entre los j\u00f3venes migrantes y los j\u00f3venes locales a trav\u00e9s del emprendimiento comunitario.<\/span><\/p>\n

Entre los 24<\/span>th<\/span> y 30<\/span>th<\/span> El pasado mes de octubre, DYPALL particip\u00f3 en el proyecto Welcomeship organizado por YEPP EUROPA en Estocolmo. Durante esta semana hubo una formaci\u00f3n de formadores a la que asistieron socios de seis pa\u00edses, como Portugal, Suecia, Finlandia, Reino Unido, Italia y Alemania. La capacitaci\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo en diferentes casas juveniles y tuvo como objetivo capacitar y capacitar a trabajadores juveniles y entrenadores juveniles de organizaciones asociadas para que se conviertan en formadores del Curso de Bienvenida, ense\u00f1\u00e1ndoles a entregar los temas clave de una manera no formal, participativa e innovadora y, por lo tanto, facilitar la comprensi\u00f3n y el compromiso de los j\u00f3venes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Este proyecto crear\u00e1 varios resultados intelectuales, uno de ellos es la gu\u00eda que se utilizar\u00e1 como herramienta para facilitar la capacitaci\u00f3n local. Tambi\u00e9n se crear\u00e1 un canal de youtube, donde las personas podr\u00e1n seguir los diferentes tutoriales sobre los cinco m\u00f3dulos de la gu\u00eda: \u00abOpening Minds & Doors\u00bb, \u00abEntrepreneurship & Community\u00bb, \u00abIdea Development\u00bb, \u00abThe Market: From Idea to Business\u00bb y \u00abLaunching & Scaling\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n

La capacitaci\u00f3n local se llevar\u00e1 a cabo entre diciembre y enero en Portim\u00e3o, reuniendo a j\u00f3venes de la ciudad, especialmente aquellos que son migrantes o tienen un origen migrante. Cinco noches de bienvenida, eventos con diversos formatos donde la comunidad puede reunirse y compartir sus proyectos y necesidades, se organizar\u00e1n en paralelo a la capacitaci\u00f3n local.<\/span><\/p>\n
