{"id":2852,"date":"2018-03-01T11:56:09","date_gmt":"2018-03-01T10:56:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=2852"},"modified":"2018-03-01T11:56:09","modified_gmt":"2018-03-01T10:56:09","slug":"e-participation-at-a-glance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/es\/activity\/e-participation-at-a-glance\/","title":{"rendered":"E-Participaci\u00f3n de un vistazo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>DYPALL Network asisti\u00f3 al curso de formaci\u00f3n \u00abE<em>-Participaci\u00f3n de un vistazo<\/em>\u201d organizado por <a href=\"http:\/\/www.europe4youth.eu\/\">Europe4Youth<\/a>\u00a0en Cracovia, desde 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0&#8211; 9<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0febrero de 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Este curso de formaci\u00f3n internacional reuni\u00f3 a j\u00f3venes y trabajadores juveniles de organizaciones de la sociedad civil con el objetivo de compartir buenas pr\u00e1cticas y mejorar las habilidades en el contexto de la participaci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea de los j\u00f3venes en los procesos de toma de decisiones sociales y pol\u00edticas. Cuenta con 25 participantes que representan a Polonia, Portugal, Italia, Eslovaquia, Estonia, Grecia y Macedonia.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el curso de capacitaci\u00f3n, los participantes participaron en diversas reflexiones grupales para comprender mejor la terminolog\u00eda de la democracia electr\u00f3nica y analizar los mecanismos en l\u00ednea ya existentes dise\u00f1ados para fomentar la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes. Sobre la base de los resultados de este primer an\u00e1lisis y centr\u00e1ndose en los principales desaf\u00edos impuestos a la participaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica de los j\u00f3venes, se invit\u00f3 a los participantes, en un segundo momento de la formaci\u00f3n, a dise\u00f1ar y probar su propio proyecto de herramientas electr\u00f3nicas que podr\u00edan implementarse en el contexto de la democracia electr\u00f3nica. Este segundo momento implic\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n de campo entre los j\u00f3venes locales para que las herramientas recientemente desarrolladas pudieran ser probadas y evaluadas por el grupo objetivo respectivo, que tuvo lugar en la regi\u00f3n. <a href=\"http:\/\/cokrakow.pl\/\"><em>Centrum Obywatelskie<\/em><\/a> (Centro de Ciudadanos). Como parte del programa, tambi\u00e9n hubo la oportunidad de ponerse en contacto con el trabajo desarrollado por el organismo p\u00fablico local. <a href=\"https:\/\/dialogspoleczny.krakow.pl\/\"><em>Miejskie Centrum Dialogu<\/em><\/a> del municipio de Cracovia.
