{"id":2766,"date":"2017-12-22T18:24:41","date_gmt":"2017-12-22T17:24:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=2766"},"modified":"2017-12-22T18:24:41","modified_gmt":"2017-12-22T17:24:41","slug":"challenges-of-participation-in-latin-america-and-the-caribbean","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/es\/calls\/challenges-of-participation-in-latin-america-and-the-caribbean\/","title":{"rendered":"Desaf\u00edos de la participaci\u00f3n en Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Desde el 4<sup>th<\/sup> al 8<sup>th<\/sup> de diciembre de 2017, DYPALL Network estuvo representada en Buenos Aires (Argentina) para el seminario \u00ab<em>Retos de la participaci\u00f3n en Latinoam\u00e9rica y Caribe<\/em>\u201d (Desaf\u00edos de participaci\u00f3n en Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe), organizado en el contexto del proyecto Erasmus + KA 2 \u201c<em>AYNI: Construyendo capacidades de lo global a lo local sin dejar a nadie atr\u00e1s<\/em>\u201d, ejecutado por el Consejo Nacional de la Juventud de Espa\u00f1a (CJE) en cooperaci\u00f3n con el Consejo Nacional de la Juventud de Portugal (CNJ), el <em>Foro Latinoamericano y Caribe\u00f1o de Juventudes<\/em> (FLACJ), el MIRIM Brasil, el <em>Asociaci\u00f3n para la Promoci\u00f3n de los Derechos del Ni\u00f1o y del Adolescente<\/em> (APDENA \u2013 Argentina), el <em>Cauce Ciudadano<\/em> (M\u00e9xico) y el <em>Grupo G\u00e9nesis Panam\u00e1 Positivo<\/em> (Panam\u00e1).<\/p>\n<p>Como seguimiento de la primera reuni\u00f3n celebrada en septiembre de 2017 en Mollina (Espa\u00f1a), este seminario forma parte del trabajo preparatorio para la implementaci\u00f3n de un curso de formaci\u00f3n e-learning sobre incidencia pol\u00edtica que tendr\u00e1 lugar en enero\/febrero de 2018. Cont\u00f3 en total con 30 participantes, trabajadores juveniles de los respectivos pa\u00edses involucrados, y fue el \u00faltimo momento para que las partes interesadas representadas reflexionaran y compartieran ideas antes de que se llevara a cabo el programa de aprendizaje electr\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n<p>El programa incluy\u00f3 un primer momento de conferencia, facilitado por Carlos Cruz (<em>Cauce Ciudadano<\/em>), sobre los conceptos y modelos de participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en las regiones de Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe combinados con acciones sobre el terreno, como la visita a la <em>Asociaci\u00f3n Madres Plaza de Mayo<\/em>, en el que los participantes tuvieron la oportunidad de contactar directamente con algunos temas de la realidad social de los j\u00f3venes en Argentina.<\/p>\n<p>En un segundo momento, hubo tiempo para que las partes interesadas compartieran los desarrollos realizados con respecto a los cuatro m\u00f3dulos previstos para el curso de capacitaci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea e intercambiaran perspectivas y expectativas con respecto a los contenidos y los resultados.
