Reuni\u00f3 a 30 trabajadores en el \u00e1mbito de la juventud de diez pa\u00edses diferentes (Alemania, Pa\u00edses Bajos, Turqu\u00eda, Macedonia, Finlandia, Malta, Ruman\u00eda, Italia, Eslovaquia y Portugal) para explorar la importancia y los retos de la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes migrantes y los j\u00f3venes de origen migrante a nivel local.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la formaci\u00f3n, los participantes tuvieron la oportunidad de intercambiar y promover realidades y buenas pr\u00e1cticas en t\u00e9rminos de cooperaci\u00f3n entre las autoridades locales y las organizaciones de la sociedad civil, para la inclusi\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes migrantes en los procesos de toma de decisiones; mejorar sus capacidades sobre c\u00f3mo motivar e implicar activamente a los j\u00f3venes migrantes y a los j\u00f3venes de origen migrante en la mejora de las comunidades en las que viven; c\u00f3mo aumentar la participaci\u00f3n de todas las partes interesadas en el proceso de integraci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes migrantes en los procesos de toma de decisiones y c\u00f3mo apoyar la integraci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes migrantes y desarrollar entre ellos un sentido de pertenencia a sus comunidades de acogida.<\/p>\n<p>Como parte del programa de la capacitaci\u00f3n, visitamos\u00a0<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.acm.gov.pt\/acm\">Alto Comisionado para las Migraciones<\/a><\/span>\u00a0as\u00ed como dos proyectos dentro <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.programaescolhas.pt\/\">Programa \u00abElecciones\u00bb\u00a0<\/a><\/span>, un programa gubernamental que apoya la inclusi\u00f3n social de los j\u00f3venes vulnerables, en los barrios de Apela\u00e7\u00e3o y Quinta do Mocho en el \u00e1rea de Lisboa.<\/p>\n<p>Una sesi\u00f3n de la formaci\u00f3n, integrada en la \u00abSemana abierta\u00bb en el Centro Juvenil de Lisboa, donde tuvo lugar la formaci\u00f3n, fue la mesa redonda \u00abCooperaci\u00f3n para la participaci\u00f3n inclusiva de los j\u00f3venes\u00bb, que se uni\u00f3 a los participantes de la formaci\u00f3n junto con activistas juveniles locales, participantes del campamento Boot sobre voluntariado organizado por Youth Coop.\u00a0 Las oradoras invitadas Luisa Magnano (Programa Elecciones), Cristina Silva (Jefa del Departamento de Juventud del Municipio de Almada), Ana Morgado (Trabajadora Juvenil), Nuno Loureiro (Consejo Nacional de la Juventud de Polonia) y Ludgero Teixeira presentaron su trabajo reflexionando sobre la inclusi\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes migrantes y los j\u00f3venes de origen migrante y la importancia de su participaci\u00f3n activa para crear un sentido de pertenencia a la comunidad y as\u00ed construir una sociedad democr\u00e1tica fuerte e inclusiva.<\/p>\n<p>Esta fue la segunda edici\u00f3n del curso de formaci\u00f3n \u00abYoung migrant voices\u00bb, organizado por DYPALL Network en asociaci\u00f3n con Migrafrica con el apoyo del programa Erasmus +.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2756\" src=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/IMG_0558-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1280\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2755\" src=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/IMG_0514.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1280\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2751\" src=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/IMG_0554-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1280\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2750\" src=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/IMG_0513.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1280\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2748\" src=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/IMG_0466-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1280\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2747\" src=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/IMG_0447-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1280\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2744\" src=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/IMG_0508-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1280\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2743\" src=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/IMG_0491-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1280\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2738\" src=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/YMVK-2-page-001.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"3508\" height=\"4961\" \/><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00abVoces de j\u00f3venes migrantes: un curso de formaci\u00f3n para impulsar la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes migrantes en los procesos de toma de decisiones a nivel local\u00bb tuvo lugar del 3 al 9 de diciembre de 2017 en Lisboa (Portugal).
