Con el esp\u00edritu de compartir acciones inspiradoras, Sofia Martins de ECOS Cooperative (una organizaci\u00f3n para la educaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo con sede en Portugal, que tambi\u00e9n es miembro de DYPALL Network), explica lo que condujo a la creaci\u00f3n de un proyecto internacional que tiene como objetivo empoderar a las mujeres j\u00f3venes en el \u00e1mbito pol\u00edtico:<\/p>\n

\"\"Las tendencias de las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas ponen de relieve una crisis acentuada de representaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica, especialmente entre los j\u00f3venes que prefieren involucrarse en formas de participaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s selectivas y aut\u00f3nomas. Al mismo tiempo, si bien los derechos pol\u00edticos de la mujer est\u00e1n consagrados en las leyes de la mayor\u00eda de los pa\u00edses, no se aplican en la pr\u00e1ctica y las mujeres siguen estando infrarrepresentadas en la adopci\u00f3n de decisiones pol\u00edticas, en los cargos p\u00fablicos y en la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.
\n<\/em><\/p>\n

El proyecto \u00abPatHERways: Crear v\u00edas para la participaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica de las mujeres j\u00f3venes\u00bb<\/strong>, coordinado por ECOS Cooperative, se uni\u00f3 a un consorcio internacional de socios de Portugal, Francia, Reino Unido, Mozambique, Cabo Verde, Timor Oriental y Per\u00fa con el objetivo de desarrollar las competencias de los trabajadores juveniles, formadores juveniles y educadores para involucrar eficientemente a las mujeres j\u00f3venes en la vida pol\u00edtica dentro de sus organizaciones, redes y comunidades.<\/em><\/p>\n

El consorcio internacional de socios entiende que esta es una situaci\u00f3n global, que debe abordarse tanto en democracias nacientes como m\u00e1s establecidas, ya que persisten diferentes realidades sobre los experimentos realizados en t\u00e9rminos de acciones legislativas con diferentes resultados concretos logrados en todo el mundo. Teniendo en cuenta el marco global de este desaf\u00edo y el multiculturalismo vivido en las sociedades actuales, el consorcio de organizaciones socias tiene el objetivo de lograr una sociedad transnacional.\"\"Comprender sobre este tema y contribuir al desarrollo de nuevos modelos de mujeres en la pol\u00edtica a nivel mundial.<\/em><\/p>\n

El proyecto incluy\u00f3 un primer seminario & reuni\u00f3n de socios que tuvo lugar en Faro (Portugal), una formaci\u00f3n de formadores que tendr\u00e1 lugar en octubre en Assomada (Cabo Verde), un conjunto de actividades de creaci\u00f3n de empleo del consorcio de socios y una conferencia final en marzo de 2018 en Lisboa\/Cascais (Portugal), que se unir\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n a responsables locales y nacionales de los siete pa\u00edses.<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
