{"id":1703,"date":"2016-11-23T10:02:09","date_gmt":"2016-11-23T09:02:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=1703"},"modified":"2016-11-23T10:02:09","modified_gmt":"2016-11-23T09:02:09","slug":"closing-the-loop-young-migrant-voices-training-course","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/es\/activity\/closing-the-loop-young-migrant-voices-training-course\/","title":{"rendered":"Cerrando el bucle: Curso de Formaci\u00f3n de Voces J\u00f3venes Migrantes"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote>\n<h5 class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: right;\">\u00abSubestimamos lo mucho que la di\u00e1spora y la comunidad migrante pueden contribuir realmente a la sociedad, por lo que es m\u00e1s inclusiva y la cantidad de valor que a\u00f1adimos en todo este proceso\u00bb.<\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: right;\"><i>Amina Khalid <\/i>\u2013 consultor en<i> <\/i>Iniciativas de Cambio del Reino Unido y director de Iniciativas Somal\u00edes para el Di\u00e1logo y la Democracia, durante la Mesa Redonda sobre la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes migrantes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">En consonancia con la misi\u00f3n de DYPALL, el curso de formaci\u00f3n \u00abVoces de j\u00f3venes migrantes\u00bb, que tuvo lugar del 15 al 21 de noviembre de 2016 en Odiliapeel (Pa\u00edses Bajos), proporcion\u00f3 un espacio para el desarrollo de capacidades de trabajadores en el \u00e1mbito de la juventud, l\u00edderes juveniles y funcionarios municipales que trabajan con j\u00f3venes migrantes y j\u00f3venes de origen migrante. La formaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n permiti\u00f3 sinergias entre las organizaciones de la sociedad civil, como las organizaciones juveniles sin \u00e1nimo de lucro, y los representantes de las autoridades locales.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Adem\u00e1s de sesiones espec\u00edficas sobre c\u00f3mo mejorar la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes migrantes o de origen migrante, otro aspecto de la formaci\u00f3n fue \u00abpr\u00e1ctica\u00bb en el dise\u00f1o de pr\u00e1cticas inclusivas de participaci\u00f3n. Esto se hizo compartiendo las mejores pr\u00e1cticas y la experiencia de las propias realidades de los participantes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Tambi\u00e9n hubo sesiones centradas en explorar las estructuras de participaci\u00f3n a nivel local, ya sea en consejos juveniles locales, municipios, etc. Tambi\u00e9n se debati\u00f3 el papel de las instituciones formales con respecto a los j\u00f3venes migrantes y se presentaron ideas sobre c\u00f3mo estas instituciones deben remodelar su alcance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Al enriquecer las actividades, la Mesa Redonda brind\u00f3 a los participantes la oportunidad de aprender de nuestros dos invitados y sus historias personales y el trabajo que desarrollan en sus organizaciones.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">En general, los participantes consideraron que el curso permiti\u00f3 debates importantes y les dio herramientas para participar y cooperar mejor con los j\u00f3venes migrantes y los j\u00f3venes de origen migrante dentro de su organizaci\u00f3n, consejo de la juventud y autoridad local, al tiempo que los integraba y empoderaba.
