Jacques ha estado profundamente involucrado en el voluntariado y el trabajo asociativo desde una edad temprana. Durante sus a\u00f1os universitarios, tom\u00f3 la iniciativa en la organizaci\u00f3n de eventos destinados a mejorar el desarrollo estudiantil y la participaci\u00f3n social. Su tesis en Mozambique utiliz\u00f3 el m\u00e9todo de Evaluaci\u00f3n Rural Participativa, sentando una base s\u00f3lida para sus habilidades de investigaci\u00f3n. En su transici\u00f3n al esp\u00edritu empresarial, Jacques continu\u00f3 desarrollando su experiencia en gesti\u00f3n de proyectos al tiempo que manten\u00eda un fuerte compromiso con el trabajo voluntario con ONG locales.
